Took my 2018 Blizzard 1200 ski doo which i bought here new in 2019 in for service on Nov24/25 they said 2 and 1/2 weeks wait for service. They called me Dec22/25 4 week plus later and said we took your sled to our overflow in Oro Mendonte for service. WHAT? shit service read more

Very dissapointing experience trying to purchase a used seadoo. I made an offer was told I would have a reply left on my voice mail the same day because I was unavailable for 4 hours in meetings. Never heard anything for two days called back and they told me it was sold. The rep then proceeded to lie and tell me she tried to call me. Even a senior with limited technology savvy knows all call in and out of your cell are logged. She never called. I was ready to purchase a unit but will never do it there because of my experience. Literally the worst sales experience you could ever imagine. Josh completely dropped the ball and let the Seadoo I thought we'd agree to be purchased be sold out from under me. Didn't even bother to call back for 2 days to tell me. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. We had our seadoo winterized and serviced. They were very efficient and very helpful when I picked the unit up. Justin in service stood in the rain and hooked up the trailer and lights. He was very friendly and helpful thanks again Justin. read more

It took 3 weeks to change bearings on a motorcycle rim plus they broken pieces off the rim when removing the old bearing ( just a curb ) but still I was also getting new tires put on. the next morning after waiting 3 weeks one was flat..... I took it to a different place .... they were upset about the dirt between the tire and rim ..... so it you want quality work done on your bike don't go here ... it's not worth your life !!!! read more

Terrible service from St Onge! I know that there is a shortage of supply and a huge demand for the few items currently in stock; however the sales rep should consider that the current customers whom they are disrespecting are future customers that will choose to go elsewhere. We met with a lady called Alyse and she could not have been less interested - answering our questions with one word responses and seeming to be bored with the entire process. When there is more inventory available, we will certainly go elsewhere! read more

I bought a Sea Doo at St Onge this summer. After 4 weeks of "servicing" the machine, it sank the first time I had it out. Then I brought it back to be serviced again, and this time it did not sink, but instead is leaking both oil and coolant. Once they have your money they will not return your phone calls or emails. NEVER buy anything from this place, they are a total rip off! read more

Went in to take a look with a friend who was in the market for atv. Saw what's the latest weekend toys available, was greeted by friendly non pressure sales folks, showed me around. a lady named Alyse showed me around and explained anything and everything to me ! they have a amazing selection. They do storage and service . its a all in one operation. Hell they work Sundays too !! I never seen so much in one place !! Bikes ( all kinds) boats , ATVs , trailers, small seedoo ( water jet bikes ) . I can't afford these toys yet but when I do its gonna be my first stop on my shopping trip. First and last time dealing here on new 2016 Ski Doo. Pretty much everything I read bad about them happened to me. Poor sales knowledge caused big problems with the delivery as they did not know the proper way to order it. Once they cashed my cheque the tune changed here...it only got back on track requesting a full refund the next day. Had to explain to a parts rep what a LINQ bracket kit was. Sad as they bragged about being the biggest volume dealer Ski Doo in Ontario. They are big alright...kinda like Bell and Rogers are "dumb ass" big.
