DO NOT BUY A BOAT FROM TBN…read more I bought a Ranger R62 boat from J. Hall at Boatyard North. There were major problems with the paperwork and Mr Hall didn't seem to know how to go about the process. The nav. lights were missing but Mr Hall promised to send them within a few weeks. Even after repeated enquiries the lights never arrived. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS BAD. Mr Hall offered to change the location of the fish-finder sensor from the hull to the engine mount. However, the 3 original holes in the hull were sealed by covering them with MASKING TAPE!?!. After using the boat for 5 week Mr Hall's work failed catastrophically. The Marina who diagnosed the problem with the boat were horrified. Mr Hall should not be business. He is a crook and not trustworthy. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A BOAT FROM THIS GUY otherwise you'll end up in a legal mess like me. Kingston, ON

After waiting almost 45 minutes in the lineup, I finally get inside and not 5 minutes later, my 6 year old needs to use the washroom, but they refuse to let him because "cleaning the washroom is unsafe for our employees". So I am forced to leave the store to use the "nearest" washroom at Tim Horton's, and when I return, I would have to wait in that same lineup for another 45 minutes!!! Not going back, not spending any money here. Absolutely miserable. Using Covid-19 as an excuse to turn customers away because we need to use the washroom!!
