The songs were joyous and entertaining. The show was interactive and so much fun! The seats were also very comfortable. All of the cast/crew are volunteers and you can tell they love what they do. I will definitely be back for another show here! All of the cast was wonderful, but my favorite "volunteer" there was Sparks, the sweet Dalmation pup, whose dad runs the lights.

It was incredible, well performed, had great set design,...and was soooo interactive. These thespians, certainly are "professionals". This time the audience solved the mystery of the piece. Dickens died before finishing it , so of course, "who done it" was unknown. We were given clues along the way...and voted during the final act...then the players acted out "our" ending. For those who don't know, the theater celebrated its 100th anniversary this year and appears to be thriving. However, it does not live on without the support of you...me... and the rest of the community. So check out their upcoming performances, and look into next season... "See you at the play!" "!

The theater seats about a 100 very comfortably. The seats are well padded and spacious. The lighting and acoustics are both very passable. The sound system lacks a bit. Parking is great with plenty of overflow and the location is very easy to get to by foot or car. The refreshments during intermission could be a little better (like better beer) but the prices are reasonable. The space in the lobby and outside are very pleasant and a nice place to stretch the ol' getaway sticks. Overall, it is a nice facility for the smaller community in Gulfport and fits well with the general character of its surroundings.

I went to a purchase a ticket for the Saturday night Whose Line show, but it sold out! I called and they said they have a few overflow seat accommodations, and I should come anyway. Even sitting off to the side on a chair, I had the time of my life. I truly can't wait to come back. All improv, lots of audience inspo, and just soooo much fun. All the players were great and I'm really looking forward to bringing my friends next time! A few snacks/canned bevvies for purchase. About 30 seats for the show. This is the second time we've partnered with Spitfire for one of our veteran events, and their team continues to impress us with their professionalism, flexibility, and ability to deliver a truly fun evening. They are incredibly easy to work with, and the show was absolutely hilarious. The audience participation felt natural and welcoming, never forced, allowing those who wanted to join in to do so comfortably. By the end of the night, our group was full of laughter and gratitude, with many giving the experience rave reviews. In fact, several veterans were already planning to return for one of Spitfire's free Wednesday night events! That kind of response says everything about the quality of entertainment and care Spitfire provides. We've seen many shows here and find the paid and volunteer staff welcoming and helpful. The bathroom situation is similar to other places in that they have several places to go, but it can be a lengthy wait if more women than men attend the event. Men always seem to be much more quick! Our latest outing here was for ONE NIGHT OF QUEEN. It was louder than we wanted (Apple Watch went off many times warning of hearing loss). The light show was amazing. The musical side was good, but not spectacular (why could we not understand what they were singing for the first 4 obscure Queen songs?). We look forward to attending more events here.

It's small and intimate (probably less than 200 seats) which allows the audience to connect with the performers. I have seen various shows by American Stage and am always impressed with how they can transform the stage. I also love that they bring the set into the audience! The theatre is location on the second floor and has a service area where you can purchase beer, wine, and even liquor before a performance or during intermission. The theatre is currently requiring guests to show vaccination and wear masks during the show.
