Instructors also varied in ethnicity and diversity. All I saw here was a beautiful melting pot of NYC and was impressed with the Saturday morning curriculum to help the motor skills of these children. Bravo!

My son was in Kindergarten in this school for the 2019-2020 school year. I wish I had saved the…read moretuition money and just placed it his college savings instead. When we drive by the school, he still tells me how much he hated it there. He had a teacher who had been teacher 30+ years. She was mean and would compare all of her students to her favorite student and boast about his reading abilities. She asked my son and his classmates, "are you deaf?" When they didn't abide by her strict rules. I talked to the Principal about this and he said, "oh! Come in! We all say stuff like that." Ableism isn't okay and it's cruel to say this to children. As soon as we swapped my son to a public school in a good district they realized he needed glasses. A veteran teacher should've picked up on this instead of attacking what he "couldn't" do. Jokes on her; my son scored 10% of his district and has been recommended to the Gifted and Talented program. He has had wonderful, welcoming teachers in his new school. Don't waste your money on this outdated school (both in physical environment and emotional intelligence). In this case, "private school" does not equal "better." Shoutout, however, to the office staff- who always did their best to make me feel comfortable and who were kind to my son.
