It was beautiful and quick, finishing 30 mins earlier than I originally was estimated. I got them done for my engagement photos and have gotten so many compliments. This was my go to salon until it was sold. I had no idea it had been sold as a few employees stayed on. Well I was convinced by someone who turned out to be one of the new owners convinced me to get a manicure. I had not ever had this service and was quite happy. That is until the nails started popping off. I went back and they repaired it free but then more popped off. Still I continued to get pedicures. They have some skilled people but I got assigned to a nail tech who had not done nails under the previous ownership. She did other services but not nails. When removing the polish she somehow cut my toe below the cuticle. She tried to stop it oozing. The cut did not heal for quite awhile. It was open and sore. I sent them a photo and asked for a different nail tech. Their response was nothing. Crickets. Not even a sorry. I just decided to find another salon. Too bad really. But as a long time customer I really felt I should have had one of the very experienced technicians. Never coming her again. I explained I wanted the special pedicure shown in the picture listed which has a price for $35. Toward the end, the guy basically gave me a $27 basic pedicure and I had to remind him what I asked for. He then explained that the special pedicure is the basic manicure with the scent and that the one listed is a different pedicure that costs more even though as you can see it has one price listed. I explained I wasn't comfortable paying that because not only did I not get the jelly pedicure listed on the other side for $35. I also didn't get the service I asked for. So when it was time for me to pay, their receipt machine suddenly goes out. Didn't see they charged me $65 for the pedicure and gel manicure my daughter until I got home. My daughter also got a gel manicure which ended up with her bleeding because the manicurist wasn't being careful and also had paint on her fingers. read more

However when I called to set up an appointment with the lady she told me to come in whenever so I told her I would come in at 12. I went here based off of yelp reviews. First glance it's an average looking nail salon. Not too clean looking unfortunately. They had the door open because it wasn't hot out but it made flies come in. They were everywhere. One of the ladies did shut the door after a while for that reason. I got a pedicure. The prices were average. The man who did it was very nice and did massage my feet for a while so if that's what you're going for then this would be the place. I didn't see any really good sanitary practices going on though. The tools for the pedicure were all in one big basket and put right back in the basket when he was he was done. I'm praying they take them in the back and clean them afterwards. The polish he did on my toes wasn't very good. It was on my skin some and not very neatly done. read more

I have been coming here for massages for over a year now. The massage therapist is amazing! She is very friendly and I always leave feeling like I'm walking in clouds! The price is great too, a 60 minute massage with hot stones for only $50 is a steal, especially for the quality of the massage. I will definitely continue coming here for my massage needs. read more

My first visit here. It's a little out of the way for me, but well worth the drive. Annie was absolutely wonderful. I had a super spa pedicure (hadn't had one in over three months). I have old, tired feet, and I am stiff. I can't reach my toes to properly take care of them. The pedicure cost $40, but on Mondays and Tuesdays there is a 10% discount. I accidently walked in to this place. I was looking for some other shop and had to ask some direction. Ladies there are so friendly and nice. I asked about my nails since I walked in to nail salon. And they were very friendly about answering the questions. I went to place I was looking for and they even said about this nail shop that they're very good. So I decided to get my pedicure done after I took care of my business. I asked to have this design I found online and showed it to the lady and she did exactly look like the picture. Let me first say the staff was super nice, but that is about as far as I can go with the compliments :(. I used to go here regularly before they moved and always experienced great service. However, a friend and I came in yesterday for two walk-in in full sets. We signed in, picked our colors, and sat down as normal. About 15 minutes into the service two women came in for walk-in pedicures and a few minutes after that two women walked in for two walk-in fills.......I admit they only had 3 techs on for that day so I understand the business and trying to rush, but how the rest of this service went is unacceptable. My tech had called in another person to come in and work and after she did that the nail tech STOPPED servicing my friend after shaping one hand to go start on one of the womens pedicures...thats a huge no no. If they had been appointments I would have kind of understood, but they were walk ins, first come first serve...we were there first. So, the person they had called into work started on my friends other hand but as soon as she finished that hand she STOPPED HER SERVICE AGAIN and told her to wait for my tech to finish and have her buff and paint them so she could start on the walk-in fill. Now, because there were two different people working on her, her hands look completely different not only that but here were are not even 36 hours after service and 4 nails have started to come off. Now, again, my tech was nice and all but I am not sure if she was newer or if she got frazzled because of getting busy and started rushing suddenly but my nails turned out horrid. I had to have her take one nail off and start over because they had been filed down on one side so much that they were completely angled to the right and crooked. There were about 6 nails that were like that and two that weren't shaped at all. I had just decided to let it be and see how they looked with polish and worst case scenario I would fix them when I got home. Now, when she painted our nails she put so much polish on that we sat under the lights/fans for 30 mins (my friend) and about an hour (myself) and two hours later our nails still weren't dry. I had to take the polish off and shape them myself at home to get them straight and one is still crooked because if I tried to straighten it out anymore I would have to give myself stilettos. I didn't even want to write this review but once my friend said her nails were already falling off and she was going to have to go somewhere else to get a new set I had to. I recommend extreme caution when coming here. Bottom line: Nice people Poor service Poor quality No return visits read more

I absolutely love this place. The owner here used to work at another salon, and my mom and I noticed that she was really great! We decided to follow her when this business was established, and let me tell you that this place is super awesome! Very nice and clean place, but nothing too over the top. Rose and the rest of the staff are very friendly, where they always do their best to do your nails to how you want them to be. They even support little spa parties of a group of 10 or so if you call ahead, like I did for my bridesmaids. Definitely recommend this place! read more

I usually have a set nail salon but I figured I would try a new place. My first impression when I walked in was that this wasn't the neatest place but I still thought you never know. As I wanted to get a fill the people that work there started arguing in front of everyone about how much another customer owed. I am so pleased with my experience here. I came on a Sunday with no appointment, there were only two people working but they said normally there is more, they were just on vacation. I got a Felix pedicure, they let you choose the scent of the scrub, they give you a bottle of water while you're getting your pedicure, they have wonderful massage chairs and they are constantly checking on you to make sure you are enjoying your experience. This is the best place ever and I'm completely serious. There's a lady here that has previously worked at Walmart and now here I followed her here because she is that amazing. Nobody does my eyebrows like her literally and she be hooking my mom up with pedicures and manicures at great prices. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone! I used to be a regular client until Jennifer sold the salon and now I occasionally go there since they're conveniently located across the street from my job. I'm currently in their salon now and the owner was literally arguing with me while I was getting my pink/whites filled. Apparently my regular nail tech makes them too thick so he told me he had to take all of my nails off and put on a whole new set or else he'd be filing them down in the same amount of time. Um last time I checked, you asked me what I wanted when I got here..I told you what I wanted and you're denying services to me?! Then (as he's steadily raising his voice at me), he says that I can just go back to my other nail tech (and mind you my nails have already been filed down). The owner claimed that he wouldn't fill them as I wanted because he didn't want me to go around town and make a bad name for his salon because my nails look bad and my rebuttal was that he's going to have even worse of a name for arguing with me in front of other clients and telling me what he's going to do to my nails vs. what I wanted. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. They can barely keep the business alive as it is because there's never anyone in there, and I don't see their salon getting any better. read more
