This church does have its own school for grades K-8 and then right next door is Chaminade-Madonna for 9-12. I know that the school does have a strict dress code and you do have a tuition to pay but the kids I know that have gone to school there say it's great. My kids attend Sunday school there and their catechism teachers are so great with them. Of course to be safe they've all had to be cleared by background checks. My kids sometimes hate having to get up for it, but when they are done with their day there, they can't stop smiling.

It truly saddens me that in the time of need, as a church member and losing my 91-year-old grandmother, who also was a member of your church, passed away and when I reached out for help the attitude, the silence the no nonchalant response that was given was uncalled for we are faithful members to the church. we help support the church and we needed help from the church. In this time of need and grief the fact that the pastor could not do the funeral in the church or at least send a pastor to where we will have the service instead could've been an option, but was not even offered as one we strictly got a no! The excuse of that was, because of kids camp going on. I understand it is important. I have been part of the kids club. But in a time of need, it should be where your church helps. Your church stands by you in this time, they did this to my mother's funeral couple of years ago because they needed to prepare for their Halloween night. Trust me I get it. These are important events. Absolutely you want to put a show on and bring people in. Definitely understand that but as a member for many years needing help two times from grief and loss and losing people it's a shame that nobody stepped up or nobody could help at a funeral service of a member or for a member of the church. ever

We also had to deal with our 7-year-old asking us, during First Grade, about other kids who were having boyfriend and girlfriend split-ups "drama" at just six years old -one of the kids that calls everyone in his class "Bro" or "J..k".The Taylor Swift Eras Movie watch party was actually an event promoted and sold to the parents by the Catholic School, for the little ones to "enjoy"- despite her pro-abortion firm stance, sexualized lyrics and choreographies, a performer that recreates demonic customs and pagan lyrics like: "His love was the key that opened my thighs" or "Spider-boy, king of thieves, Weave your little webs of opacity, My pennies made your crown.Trick me once, trick me twice" Corinthians 15:33 "Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character." 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord's table and the table of demons. We don't celebrate Halloween or encourage costumes that aren't biblically themed. We avoid excessive sugar, considering it detrimental to children's health. We also disagreed with children witnessing alcohol sales and consumption at the Catholic School-organized festivals, especially inside the school premises and same environment that the children should consider their role model place for their education, the growth of their faith, and the extension of The House of God. Also multiple parents' events are sold as: "Sip and Be Social" or Casino-themed galas. Ephesians 5:8-11 Live as children of light... Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. We were also concerned about the school's drastic security policy changes, which overlook the unfortunate events that had happened recently to Christian and Catholic Schools. They allow high school students from the nearby public schools to roam freely on campus and their parents can even drop off their children in the same area as our younger students, raising significant safety concerns.The parents' concerns escalated to the school deleting a private chat where parents brainstormed security ideas. It was ordered to be deleted because two parents carelessly posted a nonsensical meme of the pastor defending the school by himself and an explicit video of Charlie Kirk.The posts were removed quickly at the request of all members. Note that this wasn't the formal school-only dedicated chat for a classroom, but a private one among parents or community members who had been related to the school in the past, concerned about the kids wellbeing and to discuss worries that may involve the catholic community. Unfortunately, freedom of speech is stifled by bureaucracy. I pray for these young angels to remain steadfast in Christ. I pray that their attendance at Mass is filled with Christ's wisdom and that it dwells deeply in their hearts. I pray that everything improves as they draw closer to the path of our Lord and Savior. Philippians 1:6 reminds us to be confident that "he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

Construction on a 600 seat church began in 1979 and a school was completed in 1987. The church's ministry is the HOPE Outreach Center which provides financial assistance, food for the hungry, and after school activities. To fund their charities the church hosts different fund raisers through out the year. I attended one, a parking lot rummage sale. They also host a huge carnival twice a year. The most recent one ran October 24 through the 27.

Whenever I visit them we go, usually on Saturday night 5 pm mass. I really enjoy the country and rustic feel that they offer. They have high vaulted ceilings that make it seem more open. However, the lighting is really bad, it's the harsh yellow lights and the sound system is horrible. Depending on where you sit, it is so hard to hear the priest. I really feel bad for saying anything negative about a church but it is simple steps that they could change to make all the difference. They also have a school and doing different activities such as, they have a carnival once a year. The music is usually the same people but very lovely. If it is close to your home, Davie or Cooper City, I would say definitely check it out.
