3/8/25 Maps stated this business was open 8am-5pm. We showed up around 8:45am and walked in. An employee came up to the door, rolling her eyes with a huffy attitude to scold us in a rude voice that they do not open until 9am. no hospitality, no manners, overall a terrible representation of the business. We politely explained they may want to update the hours on maps then to which she reinforced with an attitude that they do not open until 9am. I pointed out instead of rolling her eyes at us, she should be getting maps updated for the business. Although we love Manny, the manager, this experience will prevent me from shopping here in the future. read more

Big store with lots of selection. Well organized and clean. Their mission is to help people in need, so it is understandable if a gold necklace or pricey antique is donated, they put a higher price on it. I don't know why people don't understand this. Gold prices are outrageous right now. Why should someone else buy it cheap and benefit from cashing it in? Rather, the money is meant for the poor. Makes sense to me! read more

Why would they price an item SO RIDICULOUSLY HIGH....even if they tagged the item for $40 that's 100% profit for the store on an item given to the store. I used to love shopping here. Recently I bought some stuff and the employee rang it up twice by mistake. No big deal, it was a mistake. I caught it while loading the stuff in my car and went immediately back in. I told the manager what happened and thought it was going to be no big deal. But she made it a huge deal. Saying she could only give me in store credit. I told her I didn't buy anything and just want the 4 bucks back. Told her I didn't want to get upset for four bucks but it wasn't fair. She looked at me and said, "but you are getting upset for four bucks". I couldn't believe it! I told her I would just take the in store credit because I was feeling very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. While working the register , I think she realized she was wrong, because she gave me cash back. It was very upsetting. read more

I used to love coming here to find bargains but the prices have skyrocketed! $45 for used jeans? $30 for a brand new zip up hoodie? No thanks, I'd rather hit the mall then. At least you can find deals at the mall. read more

It was a very well organized store but the staff was very rude - I had a child that wanted a stuffed animal and at the checkout she changed her mind on which one she wanted and the cashier was very rude about their no exchanges policy - even tho it was within minutes of paying for the plush - life goes on, but other stores are much nicer to children and aren't rude so I'll probably choose one of the other great St Vincent's to shop at in the future ... read more

I thoroughly enjoy thrift shopping and this store did not disappoint. It is very clean and organized and has fair prices for the items. Some of the rows are a little tight so 2 carts can not cross paths but there is plenty of stuff to see so you can go back to areas you may have had to skip. read more

Ugh. I've heard rumours that they sell the better merchandise on eBay an now I believe it. The store is so bare and lacking in decent quality merchandise. The few name brand articles of clothing are priced way to high for the average person. Sterling jewelry is priced higher than you can get at vintage shops. I'd skip this location if I were you. read more

Pamela is right--all the Washington County St Vinnys stores are applying more modern business principles to their stores. So now they're opened on Sunday(impressive Christian principles--I'm sure the staff is thrilled) and jacked up the prices to the point that you're better off going to KMart and getting new. I understand they're using profits to fund their mission of helping needy families in the county, but since most of their product is acquired for free it's pretty silly to do this read more
