Great store, I found in good condition Doc Martens for $9 and some other little collectibles that I have been looking for and some I wasn't. Some items were a little more pricey than other thrift stores in the area, especially the house ware items. There are 3 sections to the store with 2 sections for clothing and housewares, and the other that is in the back for furniture, electronics, sporting goods etc. Excellent customer service, very friendly. They have two boxes where you can fill out any needs you have that you would like prayed for, just fill out the paper and drop it in the box. The biggest challenge was finding it. But definitely worth the effort. Easy parking. Clean, organized and quality items including furniture. I look for old furniture, not antiques because I like to refurbish. And the furniture there was worth refurbishing. Pleasant folks- both staff and customers. read more

Buyer beware! Be very careful and inspect your items before buying - not sure why, but this store refuses to refund or exchange. They OVER-priced a box of supposedly glass Christmas ornaments (stated on the box) that turned out to be made of plastic. I have shopped this store for years, but probably not again. It's terrible to snooker customers! My own fault, but there you go, live and learn. read more

Store feels bleak & tired with a real lack of any effort to display things. Cheap pricing, but nothing was organized. Im a big fan & supporter of SVDP & the good work they do for the community but this store was very disappointing. read more

Everyone working was nice, there's a fair bit of women's clothing and some furniture but the men's clothes and kitchen goods were pretty slim when we were there. CDS and DVDS are a little pricy as far as thrift stores go but everything else is average to slightly above price-wise. read more

What on earth!! I'm a frequent shopper here on a weekly basis. Mind you, I said - ON A WEEKLY BASIS. Today, I felt like my money was not good here anymore. I was inspecting some items and a older woman came up to me, looked me up and down (racially profiling me, is how I took it), barked orders, and telling me to stop what I was doing. I was shocked. I've never had a problem shopping here. Is this how they treat customers now? Then on the way out the cashier was snide with me. Who do I have to contact about this behavior? I love this store. Now I'm hesitant to spend my money here which to my understanding goes to a good cause. read more

It is a large store that can accommodate at least twice as many, without breaking any "social distancing" rules, everyone made to wear masks ..no other thrift store is doing this. This is a great thrift store! The kitchen section is great. You can get really cute/quality dishes here for cheap. I also got a great little metal colander that I love here for $2. There are lots of clothes here and a decent selection of shoes. I've never purchased shoes here, but I have friends that have. I managed to show up on the right day in February when I was back in Flagstaff for a visit. They were cleaning out their winter clothing inventory so all clothing was a $1. I walked off with an Ann Taylor sweater, a button up shirt, 3 work jackets, a casual jacket, and a pair of Dockers for $7 total! Normal prices are cheap too though ($3 for a sweater, etc). In the back they have appliances which is where my favorite thrift store find ever came from. A retro dustbuster that looks like it came out of either the 1950s or the 1970s. read more

I got a bunch of silverware and a rice cooker for just $8. Plenty of deals to be had if you're looking to save money. If you need dishes, glassware or anything for the kitchen, this place has it. I used to LOVE this place. I've donated as well as purchased from this great little place. I recently purchased a couch that, when delivered wouldn't fit through my doors. Disappointing, but no ones fault. They took it back and I called to arrange for a refund. Spoke with a woman (manager) who refused to refund my money. Not policy. Said I should have measured my doors. They have the couch, my money and I have nothing. Sent a letter 2 weeks ago about the incident. No response or refund. You decide what to think about that. read more

This place was grrreeeeatt! I found an H Bar C blouse that had never been worn for $1.50. Whatta deal! They had a really gaudy off-white dressy suit that I wanted my husband to get, but unfortunatly it was a little too small.I will deffinatly be back here next time I'm in Flagstaff. read more

This place is pretty great. Their prices are a generally very fair. Zeke (store celebrity) has a good sense of humor and improves the atmosphere. Their stock is constantly changing and they do a lot for the community. I would give this place 5 stars but they have one employee (brown haired woman) who is a bit of a "crab". read more
