Walked in on Friday night and was not greeted or welcomed in. Yeah there were some decent items on the racks, but not priced any better than going to Ross or Marshall's. Might as well buy new at those prices. Also, was rushed out of the store at 8:00pm sharp that they were closed and was told to either "hurry up and buy or come back tomorrow at 10". Seems like the 2 women in store need a Customer Service/Sales 101 class. A customer in the store with a potential sale is better than letting customer leave and ask to return another day. I really can't recommend this place. If you're lucky enough to be there when the owner is there, she is pleasant and polite enough, but all of the employees are haughty and rude. This place technically accepts bags of clothes to sort through and will pay you for "trendy" items they want, but again, only the owner will actually look through your whole bag and speak to you kindly. I've had bags of clothes returned that clearly show they looked at like 2 things on top and then handed it back with a lot of attitude. In terms of the store, it's really not a thrift store--the items are pricey, the men's selection is sparse, and they stock a lot of stuff they purchase that isn't thrifted. read more

This store used to be amazing. 12 years ago I could find clothes in my size, things that were stylish, and shoes that were in style. Now it's a bunch of weird clothes, crop tops, bra type shirts, and chunky heel shoes or sneakers that are from the 90's. I don't know what changed? I used to shop here daily when it had a good variety. I feel it's geared towards young college kids now and not older woman or men. Don't get me wrong, I don't wear "grandma" clothes, but I can't find stylish things for myself anymore. Also I've noticed a lot of clothes have flaws, like stains and holes, still priced high. I rated this store 4 stars for the fact that they do have fitting rooms, they do have a lot of awesome accessories, and it's clean and organized. I've seen some responses from the owner so I'm hoping she doesn't take this review wrong, I'm hoping this can help get some other sizes and styles back into the store because I do love the store. I also hope she can talk to the employees and ask them to be more friendly, and welcome people in. Not a great place to exchange clothes despite being a fashion exchange store. Brought in two bags of clothes and all were turned down for signs of wear. None of the clothes had holes or stains, but you can find clothes with stains on them for sale in the store. You can also find overpriced, Shein clothes for ~10$ which is very backwards logic. There is not much of a selection for anyone above a size medium. Best clothes we've found there were target clothes which isn't too bad. read more

I went in to take in some clothes that no longer fit me. Hoping for a good payout as I had a couple of Abercrombie & Fitch jeans which are originally 90 dollars on the site. They took 6 of my items, all in very good condition and only got 20 dollars. I just wanted to clothes out of my hair. But I would suggest trying to sell your items on ur own. The cash out isn't good. I was doing some other shopping + browsing in this plaza and saw this shop and thought I might as well stop in and see what they have. Like many resale stores, for obvious reasons they'll have more variety in more common sizes. The clothes they had for (re)sale here were geared towards the college aged crowd and prices also reflected this. While there weren't a lot of items in my size I did get a good price on some cute shorts ($10). read more

Took my items at 225pm got a text a 233pm saying my items were ready...did they even look in my bag??? And then when I went to pick it up they told me they weren't able to take anything because it all looked worn...isn't that the point of that store?? It's all used stuff. Several items including shoes still had tags and in the box. When I said that she then says well maybe it wouldn't sell in the store...so you mean to tell me lululemon, Nike, vans and Fabletics kancan jeans don't sell in your store??? Going into this store it has some great clothes and good deals. I've gone here for years. The staff wasn't so great... you're ignored when you walk into the store. One thing that stuck out to me was the employees were chatting by the register talking about customers (young girls) saying they were "ugly." One of the employees names was Julia. ( I only know that because the other employees kept saying her name.) They told someone who was selling clothes that she's better off selling her clothes on her own. I stood by the register for what felt like forever while they ignored me and talked about boys and going to parties. Then when I was finally acknowledged she was incredibly rude to me as if I was an inconvenience. I will continue to shop and recommend this store but the customer service by these girls today was not okay. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Had to report to the health inspector about the rats in the dressing room. Twice Iv been here and both times Iv found rat crap in the clothing I was trying on. Word of advise.. I'd shut down before you get someone sick!! This isn't a joke this is peoples health we are talking about. Have some respect for your customers and community!!!
