They always have a large selection of books, clothes, and purses, furniture, and a lot of odds and ends. Plus the prices are really good. This Vinnie's is further from me than any others so I rarely make it out there but I included it on my regular thrifting run today to see what they had in stock. The store is a decent size with a huge parking lot which is a plus. There is better selection here than at there because of how far it is, so it doesn't seem to get as much foot traffic. The people working here are nice and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and not coded which I appreciated. Everything is priced reasonably and is comparable to the other Vinnie's stores in town. If you're in the area then this store is worth stopping at, but I wouldn't make a special trip to it just because it's so far from everything else. read more

In a parking lot with plenty of empty spaces, one of the longtime workers there made me repark my car because I was parked about an inch over into one of the adjacent spots. What a joke. I have seen plenty of crime happening in and around the store, and that's what they choose to focus on? This employee has ragged on me many times before creating issues where there are none, but if you were a longtime customer like me, you know this is in accords with their whole corporate culture, and the chaos it adds. read more

Who doesn't love a good deal?! I don't know about anyone else, but saving money on name brand clothes means I can buy more. I found a pair of Nike workout pants for $6.99, a gorgeous Cabela's jacket for $10, with the half off color tag, a Columbia fleece jacket for $6.50, and several shirts for less than $5. I spent less than $35 for a large bag of clothes. I hadn't been to this location in quite a while. I recently bought a pair of Nike workout pants and wanted a couple more pair. Which meant I wanted to go on a thrift store adventure. My husband had the day off and was totally up for it, so off we went! This was the absolute best stop on our journey today. They have color tag sales. Today it was yellow full price, green 25% off, and white 50% off I found a bunch of clothes in here, in my favorite brands at amazing prices. I love good deals. The store is well organized. I don't remember appliances being in there the last time, but they had them today. I didn't find any books today, but they are well organized by genre and author. Shoes are organized by color, not by size. Which can be annoying, but it's part of the search. Clothes are sorted by type and size, which makes it fairly easy to sort through and find what you're looking for. This store is a bit of a drive for me, but after finding so much great stuff today, I'll definitely be coming back more often. read more

I am a thrift store shopper and St Vinnie's is one of my favorite thrift stores. I was very much looking forward to visiting the new store, and the exterior of the store and the entryway were attractive and welcoming looking. But once I entered the store itself, I was disappointed. The merchandise was displayed poorly. The only things I found that I liked were 2 pair of new ladies socks and the socks had all just been dumped in a large cardboard box. Will definitely continue to be a St Vinnie's shopper, just not at that particular store. And as an add on, love what St Vinnie's does for the community! read more

A delightful thrift store in a sketchy part of town! Pretty darned new, the location opened in October 2006. It is well laid out with a great selection of used books and a few good finds in the clothing. A drive through donation station and pleasant employees. This place served me well when I came up to visit the kids and forgot my suitcase but, so did the stores at Valley River Center! read more

The staff are so nice, and hard working. So nice to be treated like a friend here. The prices are excellent, items are clean, and the store is always clean and tidy, I was in a hurry a few days back, and needed a coat for my grandbaby. could not find her little size, when Tammy offered to help me. She came and found actually a small ladies size of a cute pink long vest, and suggested a nice almost new looking hoodie jacket to wear underneath. She is a rock star, she did it when I was ready to give up. The prices were great items, clean and nice condition. This store is a bonus to our community. I in general enjoy shopping here. Great , quality clothes & items. BUT today I had a horrible shopping experience. Unfortunately there was a woman, her name tag said Sam.... she not only followed me around d the store, ( & it wasn't my imagination, lol I have quite a few tattoos , maybe that was y? Idk. ) but this girl was constantly in the isle I was in at all times. & she kept things me rudely to put my mask on. I understand there's an epidemic with the virus going around but I have asthma so it wasn't completely over my nose and everything, . That being said she could have been nicer she could have been civil she was kind of rude with her tone of voice. Not only that but after I bought my items I use the restroom, she came in there and told me Hey you can't have bags in the restroom !? I replied I had already done my shopping and wanted to put one of the sweatshirts on.. Then while walking back through the store I chose to buy a couple stuffed animals from my dog to play with, comma 1 of them didn't have a tag and I explained to her that all of the stuffed animals in the whole bin were either 99 cents or a .99 sometimes 2.99. She came back with, well I know smurfs are a big seller so I'm gonna say its for 4.99? WTF?? Seriously? I kno I probably didn't quite capture her attitude on this review, but trust this, I have only left 1 yelp review ever.. I felt her dislike for me, & although I used to spend alot of my $ at this location, I won't b comin bak. read more

Recently, they decided to stop sorting their clothing and shoes by size, now, they sort by style and color instead. Bad idea! There is a reason pretty much every other store in the universe sorts by size. What customer would want to waste hours sorting through the entire store when only a small percent of it is actually their size?! Who has time for that?!! Also, they've recently decided to raise their prices. Interesting, considering they were already overpriced... I'm pretty much over St. Vinnie's until they put things back in size order. It's just too much trouble to dig through the entire store. **ALSO, today, I went in to give them one more shot, and overheard two employees talking in the aisles about "walking with Jesus" and "blasphemy". This made me sad to post, but I had an irritating experience while shopping here. I have been going here for years, the 20% off coupons are great. I found a beautiful shirt that had a hole in it and asked the cashier if they could do a discount on it since it was damaged (and probably would have been thrown away or recycled once I left). She said no, and said the price was $4.99 or something similar. I knew I could fix it, so I told her I would take it anyway. I had a coupon with a bunch of other stuff. I used to work for a thrift store and we would discount prices if the items were damaged or soiled. I'm trying to muster up the energy and will to go back to this St. Vinnies. It may happen but it was just not a good experience at all. read more

Thrift store shoppings always a fun activity when bored. This is one of my favorite st. Vinnies. It has the best "man stuff" section. You can get in and out for under $10 and always packing cool things you will rarely use and just donate back in a few years. read more

This is probably my favorite St. Vincent's. They have a very friendly staff and a lot of good stuff to choose from. And they seem a little less "stinjey" with their prices. For some reason I just have a little bit more of a "fun" feeling when I go to this one. The overpricing of video games still disappoints however. It doesn't seem quite right when a place that gets its stuff donated to them, charges more for a game than the actual used video game store does, where they actually pay out money for their games. Anyway, I generally don't complain when something is overpriced, it's my choice to buy or not, lol. But it does put a bit of a damper on my overall opinion of the store. I am rating this St. Vincent's higher than any of the others. read more
