We went for the couple packages which was two one hour sessions. Upon our arrival we filled out some forms which she also took the time to explain to us what each form was for and why - really made us feel super comfortable that we weren't just signing any random form. As the teeth whitening service began, she explained our present teeth color and what all she would be doing during our procedure. My Fiance and I were really happy that Jo took the extra care and time to make us feel comfortable while explaining every step of the way so there were no surprises. The 1 hour procedure for each of us was broken up to 3 x 20 min procedures. Her massaging chairs, pink ambient lights, Spotify music and phone holder really make it easy to kick back and relax while the teeth whitening procedure is happening. After she added the gum protection and teeth whitening solutions we both were on our way to a better and brighter smile. During the procedure, my Fiance (who normally has sensitive teeth), requested to reduce the strength of the procedure and Jo skillfully adjusted and made the remaining procedure for my Fiance easy and smooth. At the end, both of us were shocked with how white Jo got out teeth after just one visit! Then she explained what not to do/eat during the first 24 & 48 hours, then we were all done! I very much appreciate Dr. Kim's detailed dental check since my teeth have been sensitive on one side. Previously, Dr. Kwon suggested that I would need a root canal and crown sooner or later, so I was so glad to know that I didn't need to have any special treatment done this time and that I just needed to brush lighter and with a softer brush. Dr. Kim is also very caring and observant of issues and needs I may have. The dental hygienist Esther also did a great job cleaning my teeth. She has been cleaning my teeth for a couple years now. She friendly, gentle, and patient. The receptionist was friendly as well. She booked my next biannual cleaning rig HR when I checked in. They can be hard to book sometimes, so booking in advance helps a lot. Got a goodie bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste after my cleaning. Glad they had toothpaste for sensitive teeth available.
