My piercer was Joslyn and she was super and kind and definitely made me feel comfortable the whole time. I wasn't too knowledgeable on how the healing process was like or what downsizing meant, but Joslyn explained it very well. She also was very patient when we were figuring out the exact placement had no problem moving around the placement until I liked it. The overall vibes were really good and I can see why this place is highly rated. I felt comfortable and felt taken care of. Maybe I'll get a tattoo here next time :)

Good tattoos, not so good people…read more I got my first tattoo by Jess years ago. The tattoo was simple and came out decent. The experience, however, was horrible. I wanted the design to be smaller, there was something wrong with the printer that day and the shop assistant had trouble making the stencil smaller. After a couple of tries Jess starts roid raging and slams the clipboard on the counter (I kid you not) and said something like whatever man I'll hook you up, meaning he's willing to tattoo it bigger for me even though I didn't want it that size. Wow, geez thank you your majesty Jess Yen, I am so blessed to get something I didn't want after watching you act out violently. Years later I decided to try again, this time with his apprentice Lucy. I had a phone consultation with her and she agreed to do my tattoo saying that her wait time is 2-3 years. I agreed and paid her a deposit. It's been more than 10 years now and I have not heard from her or gotten my deposit back. When I reached out to her, she tried to gaslight me saying that I missed my appointment. I was never informed of an appointment. First the owner display questionable emotional stability over something a little as resizing the stencil and then his apprentice scams me for a few hundred dollars. Yeah, this place gets negative stars if I could.

He wanted double bands around his forearm and Sam was able to sketch it out and do the tattoo on the same day. We were in and out within 1.5 hours. He explained the process and aftercare which made getting a tattoo seamless and less daunting. I was on the fence about getting a tattoo but my friend said if he got one I would have to get one too. I decided to get a runner with an ekg as I thought it was fitting for me. I wanted something small for my first tattoo and easily to keep hidden from my mom (sorry mom). He asked me to send him a picture of what I wanted and scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11am. Once Monday came I walked over and signed the consent form. He then printed out the tattoo and placed the outline on my chest and asked me if it was where I wanted it. Being a tattoo noob I trusted his judgement. After letting the outline dry I laid down and he began working on the piece. He said since it was a small tattoo and mainly lines there shouldn't be much pain and the healing process wouldn't be as long. It took about 30 mins to finish up the tattoo and the quality came out amazing. There was no pain at all and he went over the aftercare as well. I showed Sam this other tattoo I wanted and he said he would be able to do that as well. He says his art style is realism and anime so I can't wait to get more work done by him. He has been tattooing for 2 years now along with his apprenticeship. He told me to message him when I'm ready for my next piece. Maybe this tattoo thing is an addiction and will keep you coming back for more.

my nose piercing! I went in because I had an irritation bump HORRIBLE so ugly !!! snagged it on a…read moretowel and but also it turns out the bump wouldn't have gone away on its own. The piercer who originally did it had pierced it incorrectly, and the L-shaped stud was bent, which was causing all the irritation. Thankfully, I went to Latin skulls someone experienced who fixed everything. He repierced it correctly and replaced it with the proper nose stud. Such a huge relief! Hopefully, now that the actual problem has been fixed, it can finally heal the way it's supposed to. IM SO HAPPY now 10/10
