Furthermore, Cardinal Management did not update a homeowners Name and Last Name for 18 Months, the name on the Owners Registration payment log is incorrect, all mail from Cardinal has been address to the previous owner. This is deeply concerning , not updating the owners name can potentially compromised communications and is a serious breach of responsibilities as a Management Company. I do not recommend this company. The worst Management Company.
