I messaged her via Zillow and she responded that I can go see the property anytime between 9am-6pm. I went to view it and it had an open house sign. I did a self guided tour (disclosure: if you plan to have this company manage your property, please take note that they leave your property unattended). I did the tour and decided to apply. She said I had to pick up the application which was located outside of her office and that I would need a cashiers check in order for her to process the application. So I drove to her office and grabbed an application and money order. In order for me to submit it, I needed to leave it in the slot door of her office... so I never physically met or spoke to her over the phone - thought the entire process. I submitted my application and she wrote me saying she wasn't going to process my application unless others fell through. The next day the listing was gone and I had to way to speak with Kimberly. She ended up taking the money order and did not process my application. I want everyone to know that this company is lazy and leaves properties unattended, so I would suggest that you do not hire this company to manage your personal property because they leave it unattended and give the gate codes to everyone. Plus, their property manager's never answer their phones. Kimberley is lazy and refused to call, process my application, or be available at the property to see if I had any questions.

Water was shut off by the city due to none payment (property management responsible for payment while tenant pays property management for water). Property management tells you someone will be by to address issues but no one shows up. Never had a worse experience moving into a new rental unit. Maybe make sure a property is habitable before moving a tenant in first. Oh and to top it off, someone was kinda enough to leave their turd after clogging the toilet.

She told us what we needed to do to get the best price, and what we didn't really need to worry about. Even though we weren't going to list for a few more months, it was apparent that Maureen Haney was going to be hard to beat. (She'd been referred to me by a reputable local mortgage broker.) From the moment we signed the contract, she and her team took control of the process and we always felt that we were in good hands. Maureen suggested a painter, a carpet guy, a gardener, and a handyman. All of them were excellent and provided their work at fair prices.
