Went in the store on April 20 to order some custom pull shades for our deck sliding doors. No communication was made and in June I checked online and the order said it was on back order until late July. I finally got a hold of Jamil and he said he was away and apologized he never communicated. He told me he would look into the possibility of changing my order by choosing a fabric pull bar instead of the metal that was on back order. I never heard back, called the store to follow up and my order was no longer in the system. Apparently Jamil had changed the order and placed it and didn't tell me. Fine. Fast forward to today the installer comes and one of my blinds is the incorrect color. I tried to call the 1-800 number and the local store and was told the manager was away and my sales consultant wasn't in today. Now I have to find out when my new blind will be ordered and wait again for it to come in and be installed. Communication has been awful. I want a refund on that incorrect blind or some type of compensation. Do not recommend at this point....

He measured the windows and told me he'd provide me with a quote the following day. I got the promised quote (very reasonable) the next day and decided to proceed with the project. The shades arrived within the time frame Rich gave me and when he had them, he called to schedule the installation. Rich and his coworker again arrived at the promised time and the install was so quick! I'm in love with my new shades. At a time where it's hard to get a contractor to just return a phone call, Rich and his company were a breath of fresh air from start to finish!
