Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. When I had built the condo years before I had surround sound wiring installed but the contractors used wire that that was not identifiable and I always felt that surround sound was no big deal since it didn't sound so great in our condo. After a few years of this thought I was in a store and I heard what surround sound was suppose to sound like. I figured it was the quality of my speakers. So I was at Tweeter and I went on a spending spree of sorts - new speakers, universal remote, Blueray players, receiver, Tivo, etc.... Well, then a not so funny thing happened ... Tweeter went out of business before the installation date and I found myself with most of the equipment and no one to install it. I called down to Tweeter and the manager although super apologetic couldn't do anything for me - but he did, he gave me Brett's name and phone number and told me he was the best in the business - even better than his Tweeter installers. So then I called Brett. He comes out and checks things out and gives me an estimate. He performed all the work (clearly he reads owner's manuals and has the patience of a Saint to be in his line of work) and it all turned out great. Suddenly I had surround sound that blew me away like the commercials. I also had a working Tivo and universal remotes that were actually universal. The installation was neat and when he left, the areas he worked in were clean. He even used tarps to keep our entry area and carpets clean as he went in and out of our condo. Flash forward 5 years and we were building our new home in Topsfield and I need surround sound and outdoor speakers installed during the building process. A big project for sure. Who do you think I called? Brett came in and we walked through the studded house and we came up with a plan and he came back with an estimate and everything is installed and sounds and looks great.
