They don't take any of his crap here. I like that. He needs it. They are kind and he always is happy to see me but is never traumatized as he has been at other places. Over the Thanksgiving weekend, he needed his nails cut. Which seems like a pretty simple procedure. NOT for this baby. He has sensitive feet and absolutely hates having his nails cut. In and out in like 7 minutes with his nails being cut as much as any human could have without sedating this dog. I was pretty impressed. Many times groomers have sent him out without a trim because he was too much. Not this groomer. Again, didn't take any of his crap. And he got his nails trimmed. Like it. They also have an excellent selection of dog treats and toys. Cheap, at least by my standards. Yes, I know he is a lot of work but please keep taking good care of my baby!

It was the second time we took her there for grooming…read more Both times we were there, we immediately noted there to be an animal odor upon entering the business. There were 2 or 3 cats running loose and there was a large bird cage that needed cleaning. Both times we were not satisfied with the grooming our dog received. The grooming appeared choppy and uneven. We believe she was not bathed either time. The second time we were there, an employee was upset with us saying we were supposed to call before entering the building. We were told that it was for the safety of the customers and pets because they had problems with some aggressive animals. I cannot speak for the veterinarians, but Have heard they are good. We were very disappointed with grooming and the business in general. We will no longer be taking our dog there.

Let me know they can put me on a waiting list to take my dog in but in the meantime, they gave me some food so I can get by with my dog and I'm so very thankful for that. I've been there before to look at animals and there's a lot of very nice people here who donate third time and I feel like these yelp ratings are not reflecting the five star establishment that I think this place is and the people that run it they're good people it's a good place.
