I got a call from one of the men stating that they were still in Delray but would still make it in the timeframe given. Then received a text when they were on the way. I appreciated all of the contact. When the guys arrived, I received the quote, which I approved and they removed the furniture quickly and cleanly. He had actual knowledge about cleaning oriental rugs, not just some guy who just "works there". These are rugs I bought 2nd hand and were handed off to me with some stain and cat pee leftovers. One had been just taken to the regular cleaners by the seller. Yuck. One had been handed off to me with some "bug" poop/pee stains after obviously being stored with no protection. Exclusive Carpet Cleaning got almost all the stain out with special treatment. I can now barely see the stain and completely eradicated any residual "cat pee" odor from the other Royal Palace rug. I was quoted $5oo-700 to clean both rugs by another company. Exclusive quoted me under $160 for both rugs and that is exactly what he charged me... no surprise add-on's.

Update to My Previous Review…read more This is an update to my original review. Adding insult to injury, the owner's public response confirmed exactly why I chose not to return. Rather than acknowledging that customers can have legitimate concerns, his response was dismissive, defensive, and, in my opinion, unnecessarily demeaning. To address one point specifically: the owner states they "certainly cannot shrink a shirt because we do not put shirts in a dryer." That completely misses what I described. My shirts came back uneven after cleaning and pressing, with one side noticeably shorter than the other. Garments can become distorted during the dry-cleaning and finishing process through heat, chemicals, pressing, or handling--not just by being put in a dryer. The issue wasn't simply "shrinkage"; it was that the shirts no longer fit or hung correctly after being serviced. Instead of considering that something may have gone wrong, the owner chose to suggest that I was mistaken or confusing his business with another cleaner. That response speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. No business is perfect. Mistakes happen. What separates great businesses from average ones is how they respond when a customer raises a concern. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to investigate would have gone much further than attempting to discredit my experience. With so many excellent dry cleaners in the area, customer service matters as much as the quality of the cleaning. Based on both my experience and the owner's response, I cannot recommend this business.

They do a great job with my shirts and my fiancé's blouses, with friendly customer service from the women who have served me. Located on the westbound side of Northlake Boulevard, just west of Military Trail, Premiere approaches dry cleaning with quality care. Additionally, they can do alterations, which I will keep in mind for when the situation arises.
