Even though the food was great, what truly made it a "dining experience" like we've only received a few other times (and we eat out a lot), was Jessica, our waitress. She was so nice and really on top of her game. She was not only attendtive but really paid attention to the smallest of details, e.g., when I dropped my napkin, she was right there with a new one. The manager that was roaming the dining room noticed that there was something wrong at our table and came over. He instantly saw the issue and had the kitchen cook the steak to the medium rare temperature that I ordered. He apologized profusely and comped our cheesecake dessert and gave us two chocolate muffins. By his reaction, it sounded like they had a different chef cooking last night and this rarely happens.
