Having that absolute burger craving, I didn't want to get you standard fair once more, plus Stacked was at the back of my mind the last few days when it came to good burgers. Stacked it is! Had a credit to use, which made it all the sweeter and i chose a "Double Stack with cheese, went with American Cheese, cause its the best and greatest cheese on a burger. Just my opinion, but its a great one lol. Your choice of toppings, but you can pay extra for other top tier toppings, i just went with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and jalapeños. They do give you the option to add condiments like mustard, mayo and their stacked sauce. Note: the Stacked Sauce does have a kick. So for people who don't prefer spice should stick with the mayo/mustard, or do as i do and get it plain. This is the way. "If you know, you know." I always go plain on a burger no matter where i go lately. I just like to see if a burger can hold its own without any dressings to hold it up and overpower it. Meat, cheese, bun and sometimes a little veggies "preferably grilled onions and jalapeños". This burger didn't need any dressings, but it damn sure elevated it when i dipped it in the stack sauce on my last bite. I absolutely love a spot who's house made sauce gives you something new than just ketchup or thousand island. They do have ranch and bbq sauce also. The ranch is so good! So final total for delivery "including tip" was around 20 bucks. That's really not bad for the prices in today's economy, especially with the amount of food this place gives you. It was so nice I ordered it twice. Two days in a row good! Same order, had to test the odds. The odds were in my favor, the burger was still hot to the touch, juicy, flavorful! The lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and jalapeños all did their job to take this burger from great to outstanding! The fries were very good also. Nice seasoning, soft and pillowy middle with a little bite from the exterior. Overall i would love to come back here regularly. I personally wouldn't like to try to find parking near them or deal with more of the late night drinking crowds in the evenings, so delivery isn't a bad option in my opinion. Food was so good! I don't know why I don't think of this place more often when pondering where to eat out. I'm a fan of their loaded fries & burgers. It's an "order at the front, then have a seat" type of place. One of the better burger places in town, but raised their prices a few months ago. Just ate there and now they have cut their sides and appetizer sizes in half. So now paying more for way less. Stacked is a great place for the locals! I think that many of us agree that Kingsburg was in need of a nice local bar with good food and friendly faces. This is a very clean establishment and I like that the kitchen is open to viewers! I don't know if that's just a "me" thing, but I really like to see an open kitchen! They have some damn good garlic fries and a lot of beverage options on the menu (just wish they had Ciroc!). We have had many experiences at Stacked, many times the staff does not greet you when you arrive or they are not friendly on the phone, sometimes leaving you on hold for a very long time. The most recent experience was by far the worst. My parents recently moved to town and they called in an order, never having placed an order themselves, only having eating there when we've called it in. They did not know that it was a "build your own" type of menu therefore having to ask for each topping individually. So, to their surprise they got home and had a bun and patty on the cheeseburger they ordered, not even with the cheese. Customer service clearly isn't a strength. When they called back they were told, sorry that's the way the menu works, but how would they have known. Simply asking the customers what would you like on your burger or our menu is build your own style, is there any toppings you would like to add would go a long way. To make it worse the manager got on the phone defending the poorly trained staff member, not having the mentality to please the customer. They suggested that they bring their burgers back so they can add the cheese on that was left off. I'm sorry but that is a ridiculous thing to ask. As a manager you shouldn't be arguing with customers and coming across rude and condescending. Finally the manager offered a voucher but it was after a lot of arguing and frustration. This is the short version, but it is completely unacceptable. It seems a policy needs to be implemented and some more training in customer service. I could go on about another experience recently where we were charged $34 for 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 order of fries, and a drink. I knew it was too much but was so hungry, didn't pay attention to the receipt until it was too late but I know for a fact that we were overcharged, even after having the order read back to me. I went online to calculate the total which was way off, but forgot to have my husband check when he went to pick it up. I am not thrilled but I should have been more diligent about checking. I just wonder how many times that's happened. read more

Came for lunch after church service with the family. It was my first time here for me. Ordered the Stacked BBQ and made it a double, I didn't realize how big the patties were. Burger was great. Also ordered a three sampler of tater tots, onion rings, and zucchini sticks. For my combo I had the garlic fries. All the food was great.
