I had tried a different location of this restaurant a week or so ago, and when I was driving around I saw this one and made a mental note to come back and check it out to see how the quality runs throughout the chain. Well let me tell you, this place is definitely on point. They have such a great vibe to them, and the food is really really good. So I expected this one to be just as good as the other one. I was not disappointed! I love the exterior of the building, has a really cool modern feel. When you walk in. It is a very open concept. The colors are bright and cheery, and everything is well lit and comfortable.. One thing I love about Canada is the politeness of the wait staff. I have never been to a place where I have felt like I was an inconvenience. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home regardless of what place I've ever been to. I decided for the orange juice and coffee to start my morning with and was not disappointed in the least, the orange juice tasted fresh and wonderful and the coffee was absolutely on point. Point. Perusing the menu I decided upon the steak and eggs, asked for the steak medium, and the potatoes extra crispy. It only took a few moments for the food to get out. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. The potatoes were absolutely crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Jesus is exactly how I like them. The eggs were done very well. I asked for them fried hard and they delivered. The toast was wonderful as well as was the jam which I believe is still the homemade jam that I had at the last point. You really have to pick up a jar of the to take home with you. Bottom line? Stacked is now two for two in my list, and that's good enough for me to go for a third round. Great place, I would definitely recommend. Great food and choices for breakfast and lunch.

I like checking out different breakfast spots while traveling, so my partner and I hit this one up in the Niagara Falls area. We got the breakfast for two takeout special which came it scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, home fries, and two Cinnabun cakes (pancakes). The standouts for me were the Cinnabun cakes and bacon. The home fries weren't crispy enough to my liking, and I tend to prefer sausage patties over links but still everything was good. Since this was a takeout order, I can't speak to the service experience overall, but the place was busy and this was around 10 AM, so I could assume it was good. They also had alot of delicious, looking desserts in the front counter area that I would definitely want to go back and try in the future. read more

After reviewing all brunch places around the hotels, this place was the best. So good that we ate 2 days in a row. Super friendly wait staff. Excellent food and great value. Every entree was incredible. Restaurant at our hotel had food that was inedible and one omelette for $40. Our total bill at Stacked for 4 was $60. read more

Omg the yummy pancakes we couldn't even take pictures of because our stomachs couldn't wait! Kids and adults both loved everything. Ordered to go, family of 4 meal. When I arrived my order was ready to be picked up. Bags were tied but seemed all in order. Paid and left size-able tip for just bagging my meal and handing it to me. Got home (10 mins away) found no syrup, ketchup, condiments or cutlery (after lady who took my order specifically asked if I needed cutlery), hungry kids and no condiments I left out again to go back for the items I was missing. When I arrived I explained I had no syrup, ketchup or cutlery in my bags. I had just left 10 mins prior, same lady remembered who I was but kept asking what I ordered like I needed to show a receipt or something. Was told if it was in the bag I'd need to pay for extra. Why would I drive back 10 mins tell you all my food was present and lie about syrup? 18% tip on a $50 order, and was accused of lying for my inconvenience. my sister and I have come every week since you opened. the food is great and your jam is awesome. love the fresh fruit. the servers are so friendly, Melissa. is out favorite. I can't say enough good about you, but..... About a month ago I came in and 2 young girls were at the front desk, they seemed not to care I was standing there and was looking on their iPads. now every week the same 2 are there and dont seem to have a clue what they are doing. mostly they stand together at the front desk while the waitresses are very busy waiting on customers. They show no enthusiasm for the job, never smile and basically do nothing. today I was there with 3 other people who said they noticed this numerous times as well. Out-of-towners (well, actually out-of-country) folks visiting the Falls and not wanting to dine at one of the endless IHOPs near the Falls. So we did some research and found this place and soooooooooo glad we did!!! It was a short jaunt from our hotel, we got seated right away, and our service was very efficient. I got the veggie hash, which was quite tasty and filling, I couldn't even finish it. My wife got French toast which was also delicious, and our daughter got chocolate chip cookie dough pancakes... which were DECADENT! Quantities were substantial, but the quality of the food was excellent. The place was filled with families from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds, and everyone looked like they were enjoying their breakfasts. As were we! I'm glad we found this place, and we'll definitely be back our next trip. Anyone visiting the Falls needs to escape their hotel and that neighborhood and come here for breakfast! read more

We visited this restaurant today. Our first visit was May 11th where we met the owner, Tom. Tom was very pleasant to talk to, extremely informative about the restaurant and, he let us know that this location where we were which is the McLeod Street address was the new restaurant location . He talk to us about coming to the states after we told him we were from the states. He told us about coming to the states to try to open up some restaurants there. We encouraged him to open up the restaurants and what would be the best locations so that he could really do good business if he does decide to come to the states. Our waitress and she was a Jewel . Tom invited us to come back before we leave. We took him up in the offer and showed up today, Monday 13th, where we met Melissa, the manager. That was an experience because she started out OK but then she showed her true prejudice, racial bias behavior towards us as people of color. The restaurant had approximately less than a dozen maybe about 10 people - it wasn't crowded at all. There was a couple behind us that had two toddlers that kept crying profusely, but we didn't pay that any attention because that's what kids do. They cry, their children. However, my grandson was with us. He's 4 and he was playing a game on his phone. We had the volume in medium. as we were leaving we finished our meal Melissa, beelined to my daughter and told her could you tell him to cut that down, cut the cut the volume down in a not so nice tone and she proceeded to say that one of the customers is looking over here and I wanna keep those customers happy talking about this couple that was sitting adjacent to us. Now mind you the couple hadn't said anything to us nor the manager- but she stated that oh they were looking at us and she wanted to keep them happy and I kindly let her know that should want to Keep all customers happy, and I told her that I met the owner Tom and that I'm quite sure that the mission statement for stacked is not to be biased towards any guest and that she should keep that in mind and that I was going to let Tom be made aware of her behavior because I had met him on Saturday and he was quite charming. She proceeded to try to make excuses about her behavior, but there was no excuses to be made. It was evident that she was behaving in a racially, biassed manor towards us because not once did she address the white couple with their two toddler babies but yet she address The brown couple with their grandchild. Therefore , I sent an email to the company and I'll keep you updated with what happens regarding that. I expressed that Melissa needs sensitivity classes, racial interacting classes, and should be reprimanded for her actions. This type of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. read more
