Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go!!.. This place reminded me of IHOP ( International House Of Pancakes) for those of you that aren't familiar with it!. I had a better take out experience than last time and no items were forgotten. Their pancakes are always fluffy, filling and delicious. I will definitely be ordering the ham again. the food is okay depending on when you get though, even the basics are wonky tho. The home fries are tough and pale... you kno when home fries feel way too related to the potato they came from? Yeh that's the vibe. Kind of half to drown them in ketchup or else jus give up on them or order something else as a side? Also the eggs lowkey slimy and flat? I don't know how you fuckup a fried egg but it apparently is possible No non-dairy options for coffee, not even soy lol. We ordered online from here and our email confirmation told us to pick it up in 40 minutes. 25 minutes later as I was getting in my car I got a call saying it was ready for pickup. Two minutes later I got another call telling me to pick up my order and reminding me that the food should be eaten fresh. I was already a bit annoyed that the pickup time was inaccurate, but the sassy phone call just added salt to my wounds. The food itself was really great. We ordered the express breakfast and really enjoyed it. I liked that they offered so many customization options, so we were able to get turkey bacon and gluten free toast. I got the Mexican Hash and really enjoyed it. There were generous with the avocado, salsa, and peppers so there was a lot of flavour in every bite. We also got the chocolate brownie caramel pancakes and they were exactly what you'd expect - sweet, rich, and full of chocolate. We had bought extra today specifically so we could hit the $30 minimum spend threshold for a free cinnacake. We were quite disappointed when we opened our bags at home and saw we didn't get it. I had a call with the owner who said he'd make a note to give us three free cinnacakes whenever we want them. I felt that more than made up for it, so I was happy in the moment. Two weeks later we're in the mood for brunch so I placed another online order, then call to ask for my free cinnacakes. The woman said she needed to speak with the manager and would call me back. Ten minutes later we're halfway to the restaurant and haven't heard back. We call again, and this time a different woman answers who actually gets the manager. He found no record of the note about the free cinnacakes, but eventually said we could get it for free. This whole process ended up being an aggravating twenty minutes just to get what they offered to me. I'll admit they were very good, but the service is consistently poor enough that I have no desire to return. read more

Customer Service: staff was friendly, inviting and accommodating. Although the place was busy, they were pretty quick to serve us. Food: I've had both breakfast and lunch here. My friends and I really enjoyed their specialty pancakes, we've tried cinnabon and strawberry cheesecake- both were delicious but it gave a more dessert vibe more than it did breakfast. They're food wasn't too oily which was great. Recently, I got the stacked club with a side of friends, and it really hit the spot. Overall, amazing! read more

I went here on a Wednesday morning with two friends and their baby. We were fast to sit, got a high chair and colouring paper and crayons for the 2 year old. The food was pretty good, the pancakes nice and fluffy! I had the junior stack which was a little bit of everything. The restaurant was nice and clean, and the servers were friendly and helpful. Great food, terrible wait times! This is my second time having breakfast here and we've always had to wait forever. Our food would come out a half hour later. We've also had our order messed up the both times we've gone here. The first time we ordered pancakes and they gave us waffles and the second time they gave us rye bread when we asked for white. Ordered via Uber with a scheduled delivery of 9-930am. It was still being prepared as of 945am. This would not be an Uber issue, but the restaurant's inability to prepare food on time, despite accepting the order. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again, via takeout or dine-in. Weekends are crazy so expect lineups. This is a great place to bring the kids. We have taken several of our grandkids for brunch & they really enjoyed themselves. We especially like our usual server Andrew who is very attentive & has a great sense of humour! We always share a laugh with him and enjoy their yummy food. This is my new go-to breakfast place in Whitby or Durham. The location is convenient (in a plaza) with tons of parking space. They have a breakfast special for $4.99 from Monday-Fridays (7am-9am). Let me tell you that it is super worth it! It was filling, affordable and they didn't cheap out in their portion. I'm usually not a fan of home fries but Stacked's is frymazing! There'sflavour and it's crispy. Both times that I dined in, the food was fresh and it didn't seem like it was "heated in the microwave". They are quite a busy place especially on weekends (30-40 min wait). They have an extensive menu in case someone in your group is not feeling breakfast food. Family oriented place and they have good social distancing guidelines or practices. The prices are average compared to other breakfast places. PS: Victoria is an amazing server! I met up with a buddy from brunch and to catch up in between pandemic lock downs. My friend had their pancakes with bacon. Unlike most places the bacon was not super crispy. The pancakes were light and very tasty. I had the special. Three eggs, sausage, home fries and toast. The eggs (over easy) and home fries (crispy) were cooked to order. The prices are good but the food is bland, I was hoping this could be a great local breakfast place for Whitby but you are better off checking out some places that are in the downtown Whitby core. Was very disappointed with the service. Although the food was amazing the lack of care from employee was upsetting. Before we began eating a knife flew off of a plate and went at our feet. The server saw and didn't stop to ask if we were okay/ had no concern for our safety. She did not even acknowledge that a knife fully flew off the plate at us. We had to wait 20 minutes for cutlery as our server kept disappearing/ helping every other table but us. Had to ask 3 different servers all not ours for our waters. Had to ask another server for bill then proceeded to watch our server ignore us and ask the table who was seated well after us if they wanted their bill.
