Rosenblum Law is by far an above average firm that handles criminal, personal injury, bankruptcy,…read morecopyright, estate planning and traffic tickets. My experience has been with traffic tickets, recently while driving in White Plains I turned left into a parking spot. When doing so I crossed a double yellow line. According to NY DMV a motorist is "permitted to cross a double yellow line when exiting a highway". Regardless of this fun fact, I was issued a ticket for not observing a traffic control device. Rosenblum law made it super easy to retain legal services, I simply texted them a picture of the ticket, and immediately got a reply from a manager at the firm. I explained what happened and for a very reasonable fee was represented by an experienced attorney. The firm took care of everything, they filed with the court and appeared on my behalf. The result was favorable to me and I couldn't be happier. If you got a ticket in NY call this lawfirm. And remember, in NY you have an indelible right to counsel, which means you have a right to talk to an attorney BEFORE you answer any questions from the police. Just make sure you say "I want to speak to an attorney" before you say anything else.

They never called me to explain who would take over or let me now the state of the case. Two years went by with excuses that the paperwork had been denied and needed revision. No accountability when I request explanations by email. They do not respond for many days or at all. They referred me to a lawyer outside the firm to deal with the damage. He was not even an elderly lawyer which is what we needed for our case. I wish I could sue them for what they did to us but we can't. Money lost and no accountability. DO NOT go to them.

Throughout the process, I felt that communication was poor and that I was not properly informed about important developments in my case. Many times, I was left confused about the status of my case and what steps were being taken on my behalf. The reason I hired an attorney was to avoid serious consequences to my license, but instead, I ended up dealing with ongoing problems that have affected my ability to drive and work. The stress, uncertainty, and financial burden this situation has caused have been overwhelming. I trusted that my case would be handled carefully and professionally, but I do not feel that my expectations were met. Looking back, I wish I had received clearer explanations, better communication, and more attention to the details of my case. I understand that no attorney can guarantee a specific result, but I expected to be kept informed and to feel confident that my concerns were being taken seriously. One of the worst ticket lawyers I have ever seen in my life. Don't go to this kind of scammer. She messed up my license.

Extremely Disappointed with This Service -…read more I received a traffic ticket in New York in 2022 while visiting from Florida. I hired this company based on online search results, paid in full, and trusted they would handle the matter professionally. Fast forward to 2025--three years later--I found out on my own that my driver's license is now at risk of suspension due to this unresolved ticket. Throughout that entire time, I received no updates, no emails, no calls, no letters--absolutely no communication from their team. I only discovered the issue this weekend while trying to replace my driver's license. When I called their office, I spoke to someone named Joel, who was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Rather than assisting me, he raised his voice and claimed a letter was sent, which I never received. Now, after years of silence, I'm being told the case was lost and I'm responsible for paying a fine. This is both shocking and frustrating. I feel this company failed to provide the basic level of service expected, especially in a legal matter that directly affects someone's driving privileges. I regret using them and would not recommend their services to anyone. Please do your research and read all reviews before trusting this company with your case.

He is extremely fair, honest, and professional which is a lot when compared to some other people in this field. I had reached out to many lawyers about my landlord issue, and I was dismissed. Paul listened to my case and the details I had, and was able to settle the case in my favor. He is VERY communicative, and quick to respond to any emails. I don't know how he does it! If you need a lawyer you can trust, go to Paul! I look forward to working with him again in the future.

I offered to change the review if he could demonstrate that any aspect of it was not factually accurate. He responded only with petty attempts at insults. I am legally disabled and was forced out of my sublet when the primary tenants entered illegally and claimed to be my roommates on July 6. I was referred to this attorney through ARAG legal insurance. On July 9 at 1:41PM this lawyer informed me via email "The only choice you have is to start an emergency action for illegal access" and agreed to be paid by ARAG to file this on my behalf. He informed me that he would not be able to file until early the following week. That was the last time he took a call from me. That evening I tried to retrieve belongings and the primary tenant tried to have me arrested. I called my lawyer frantic. He never acknowledged the call. I did not receive a draft until July 15, It had multiple omissions including failing to include any exhibits. He told me to make suggested edits but did not provide a document in editable format. I finally generated a Word doc with my suggested edits and asked if any were relevant. His only response was to demand payment for the process server and filing fee without instructions on how to submit payment which I did not receive until July 17. He suggested that I simply enter the apartment to retrieve the belongings, ignoring 1. the police instruction not to try to enter without a police escort and 2. that I am disabled and cannot move belongings without assistance.I asked him what I needed to do to get him to file the document in Court - now 11 days after I was forced out - and he withdrew, telling me to file myself ignoring, again , I AM LEGALLY PHYSICALLY DISABLED and sent me his wholly inadequate OSC draft which did not even have the the defendant's name spelled correctly. He had the option to decline the job on July 9. Instead he strung me along, knowing that I did not have access to Rx medication and other disability aids, for over a week before abandoning my case. I am now locked out, without my medication and other belongings, and have no help with Court. Shameful, unethical, and just cruel conduct
