Rosenblum Law is by far an above average firm that handles criminal, personal injury, bankruptcy, copyright, estate planning and traffic tickets. My experience has been with traffic tickets, recently while driving in White Plains I turned left into a parking spot. When doing so I crossed a double yellow line. According to NY DMV a motorist is "permitted to cross a double yellow line when exiting a highway". Regardless of this fun fact, I was issued a ticket for not observing a traffic control device. Rosenblum law made it super easy to retain legal services, I simply texted them a picture of the ticket, and immediately got a reply from a manager at the firm. I explained what happened and for a very reasonable fee was represented by an experienced attorney. The firm took care of everything, they filed with the court and appeared on my behalf. The result was favorable to me and I couldn't be happier. If you got a ticket in NY call this lawfirm. And remember, in NY you have an indelible right to counsel, which means you have a right to talk to an attorney BEFORE you answer any questions from the police. I feel scammed after spending 8K on an their elderly lawyer assistance for medicaid. The lawyer taking my case quit. They never called me to explain who would take over or let me now the state of the case. Two years went by with excuses that the paperwork had been denied and needed revision. No accountability when I request explanations by email. They do not respond for many days or at all. They referred me to a lawyer outside the firm to deal with the damage. He was not even an elderly lawyer which is what we needed for our case. I wish I could sue them for what they did to us but we can't. Money lost and no accountability. DO NOT go to them. read more

Officer could pull out of his spot fast enough when my car came over the hill and exposed my out of state lack of front license plate. No way I was going the speed he 'clocked' me at. Save your money, plead guilty, and by the time your case is heard (almost every hearing is rescheduled at least once) just pay your fine and accept the consequences. I just had my hearing with a violation date in September of 2019 and guess what, my 11 year old could have done a better job defending me than one of the inept attorneys at Rosenblum Law. I received 3 points (I have zero points in 30+ years of driving) which will stay for 18 months. If I initially paid the fine, those points would be gone and the record of the violation may already be off my driving record (2-4 yrs is the time frame for any previous tickets to stay on your record). My fine was $50, and now it has a surcharge of $88 ($138). And don't forget about the approximately $500 for the clowns at Rosenblum Law. $638! In my case, 32 months after my violation, it's hard to believe the inept attorneys could not have made a case and had this violation dismissed. That, as well as a clean driver's license for over 30 years, was not enough for an inept attorney to just show their face at my hearing and argue that for me. If you were wondering, my violation was unsafe lane changing on East 34th Street at 6:30am on a Sunday morning with absolutely no other traffic on the street. This is not an exaggeration, I myself obtained the body cam video from when I was pulled over and you will not see a single vehicle on the road. That video alone should show how it would be highly unlikely that this type of violation could be possible. Keep in mind, I was driving 25 miles an hour, on a street with no traffic. Seriously, my 11 year old could argue this with the body cam video alone. Don't forget, I was the one who obtained the body cam video. The attorney in charge of defending me probably spent more time getting to the court house than was spent on defending me. Save your $500! You could probably get a Law degree from the Cracker Jack box that it seems the attorneys at Rosenblum Law got theirs. I have now spent more time on this review than it feels like one of Rosenblum Law's inept attorneys spent on defending me. Was given 2 violations in NYC for one easily mistaken reading of a turn sign back in 2019. Hired Rosenblum Law based on phone consultation with them. They got continuations from traffic court for past almost 5 years and in the end got one summons dropped and guilty of the second with points. We were traveling to NYC from Las Vegas and I got a speeding ticket. It was very frustrating and worrisome knowing I'd leave the state with things unresolved. It was fairly quick to set things up with the team and attorney, biggest downside was the price. We can get a traffic ticket knocked down for $100 here but other offices had comparable prices to them. I was a little worried because I didn't hear from them for quite some time but they did warn me it may take a while to resolve things with backlogged court dates.
