This is definitely a hidden gem, even if many people would call it one of the top 5 pizza places in Central Ohio.... Its sort off the beat'n path. Well-- this place is amazing. Its a true pizza joint. A pizza joint with a huge focus on local music. So many local musicians signed headshots line the walls. The dining room isnt big. Maybe three booths with another six or seven tables. A small stage and an open kitchen. The vibe is really casual but the owner makes a true effort to not just say hi to the guests but to lightly socialize with them. It creates an even nicer vibe. So tip: if you are set on dining in... get there early. Otherwise you might find yourself in a take away type of situation vs dine in- as they have a regular following and it gets packed fast. Now lets hit the food! Wow. Wow. Wow. If you havent been. Just get in the car and go. Its that good. The onion rings are what seems beer battered or tempura batter. They serve a good amount with their servings. Fried pepperoni is excellent. Also a lot for the price point. We ordered a large salad and it was more than enough to split between two people. Their small pizza is more than enough to split between two people. We ordered a large. Split between two people, ate til we got full and still had a half pizza to enjoy the next day. Lets revisit the pizza. It is AMAZING. This yelper isnt a fan of thin pizza usually... but this pizza... its thin, its bottom isnt too greasy. Its not too charred, it has that perfect crisp not just on the edges but in the middle. Gas plenty of cheese and toppings. We ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. The mushrooms are fresh baby portabellas -Cut perfectly, and so fresh. I wasbseriously sad when we ate the last piece toda

This is slowly becoming one of my go to pizza places to sit down and eat! Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Staff is very polite and pleasant and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Even the owner, Alex, will make his way around to check on you. Small intimate seating area is available where you can enjoy a nice selection of beers, watch the game in the TV, listen to the live music, or just enjoy the evening with friends. We have ordered a few different pizzas and have been very happy every time. The large salad is enough for two people to share. Have also gotten a few appetizers and have liked them. Stop in on a Saturday evening to enjoy live local music along with a nice beer and pizza. Alex will make sure you have fun and stop back.

Amazing place. Vibes are great. Feel and look is great. Food is on point. HOT and good. Pizza is thin crust, crispy and has a flavorful sauce. Music was great, too. Our breadsticks arrived a little late and they offered to take them off the bill. Love this place and can't wait to come back!

We recently grabbed a quick dinner here. Service was great, pizza was OK. It's a little kind of divey (that's a good thing, btw) pizza place over in Blacklick/Gahanna. They do Columbus style pizza, with a decent selection of toppings and some subs. Wine and beer, not listed in the menu, but on the sign board up by the bar. The guys got drafts and I had a glass of Riesling. There are a lot of fun signs/posters up on the walls. They advertise live music, but it's got to be tight in there on show nights! There were 3 of us, so we went with a large half cheese/half bacon and a side of the cheesey garlic bread. The bread was really yummy, comes with some marinara sauce and it was a really generous portion. The pizza was OK. It comes out HOT - lava-like cheese fresh from the firey portal of heck hot. This is the most acceptable way to serve pizza, so I was impressed. And, it stayed HOT, almost the entire time we were eating it! The crust was really crispy, but the sauce was off for me. It wasn't sweet, and it wasn't overly seasoned or spicy. I like lots of sauce and lots of flavor, so this one just didn't hit it for me.

We arrived at 6 and they could not seat us. They had entertainment tonight so I guess that was the issue. Lots of disappointed people were walking out like we were.

Veggie pizza (add pineapple!). Great crust and a nice balance of quality ingredients.

New to the area and first time at Stadz.. Excellent experience! My veggie pizza (add pineapple!) was delicious. Thin well cooked crust and a nice balance of sauce, cheese and fresh ingredients. I had a glass of red wine (Cabaret Sauvignon) that even though served in a plastic glass, was really good and cost less than $5 (compared to the more common $10-$15/glass prices you see). My server was very attentive and pleasant throughout. I arrived later in a Saturday evening and there were various musicians playing live music, with a bit of folk vibe. It was very enjoyable/relaxing. At one point the owner came over and introduced himself asking if was my first time in, and welcoming me. A really nice touch! I get the impression this place is once of those gems where the vibes are as important as the food. A rarity these days. Will definitely be back.

This was the first time I've bee been to Stadz. I sometimes am working at plant just two minutes away and I've never tried it. That was a mistake on my part. Awesome pizza.....Think of an improved Donatos. The pretzel bites were very good as well. The walls are covered with signed photos of bands who have played there. I wish I had come when there was music and I could have beer. I'll be back. That's a promise.

If you enjoy supporting mom and pop places then you must support this incredible pizzeria. The staff is very friendly. Small looking from the outside but surprisingly roomy on the inside. The have music most nights on the Q-FM stage inside. Pizza was so delicious. I got the pizza to take back to my parents' place. We all loved it. In fact we all agreed it was the best tasting pizza. The pepperoni was perfect! Crust was perfect. So very flavorful. Next time, I'm going to eat at the establishment and enjoy music.

I was visiting from out of town. Mid day decided to get pizza and it was delicious. I wouldn't call the service inviting, but it was ok.

I've heard that they put lard in their pizza crust to make it crispy, is this true?

Don't Know. Just know it's perfectly very very crispy.

Plenty of parking. Open and airy inside, lots of wood and windows, and several big patios. No full-menu food: they have pizza sometimes, or food trucks, but of course the main draw is the beer. And I didn't have any, because I was driving and we weren't staying long, and Kid K is not yet licensed. Our group was in a room off to one side, with patio access at one end. Worked well for us (though it was raining and the roof was a little leaky.) A bit separate but right there for the bar, etc. The kid found their game cart, with both adult and all-ages games, mainly card games. Our folks got to hang out without our noise intruding too much into the other areas (which had music blasting anyway.) I got a ginger beer which was good. Service at the bar was great, friendly and patient, and she made suggestions for kid drinks (basically canned pop.) I'd definitely come back, and hopefully try some of their beers.

(which was the case on Monday when we went) Highly recommended! Only negative is that their tap setup is pretty cumbersome and understaffed. Posted this same review to google…read more *Warning* to parents of very young children, specifically toddlers and infants. This place has EXTREMELY intense entertainment. We visited this restaurant for the first time on Sunday evening around 5:30 and had a most unpleasant experience. Not due to food- the food was great. Menu selection great, drink selection great. Little pricey, but okay. The initial atmospheric vibe, great. Unfortunately, we were completely unaware of a ritual apparently the restaurant performs periodically. About 15 minutes into of us being there, while we were eating, the lights went dark. After a couple minutes passed and we're wondering what's going on, music started blasting at an insanely loud volume.I love loud concerts and even I was wincing. And then some wild looking alien/robot guy on stilts comes out and starts dancing around. Our 5 year old son had a complete mental breakdown. He is a little sensitive to loud sounds and this scared the absolute daylights out of him. Understandably so, because like I said the volume was violently loud. Due to this alone, we won't be returning. Even without kids. I can't overstate how painfully loud the volume was, at least during this specific instance. It was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we've had. It lasted about 10 minutes. It's a real shame too because before the chaos, we were really enjoying ourselves and the restaurant. We were even going to overlook the fact that our waitress forgot to bring my wife's soda. We just wanted to leave after that for fear of it happening again. I hate to sound like a pansy or overly protective parent. It was clearly a "iykyk" thing. Everyone else in the restaurant loved it. Good for them and to each their own. If only someone had come around to the tables with young children and gave a small warning of "hey, it's about to get loud", that would've been great and very helpful. But nothing. Their website doesn't state anywhere that this is something that happens. There are videos of it, which is fine, but the videos do not convey the incredibly loud volume of the place when this action goes down. We won't be returning unfortunately. So fair warning to parents of toddler and infant children- bring soundproof headphones for your littles or prepare to step outside when it goes dark.
