After they finally submitted the claim it was denied since they send a bad x-ray. The second claim was also rejected since they didn't submit the information the insurance asked for. I talked to the office manager and she was very rude and told me if I don't like how the front desk does their job I should just stayed with my previous dentist office. She said they had a problem with my insurance but they never informed me! I told manager that since she is so rude I'm not coming back to the office. They send me a letter that I was dismisse!
