Clothes were scattered on the floor, and overall, the store just looked unkempt. There were two employees chatting away instead of doing anything to make the store more presentable. I went in with my nephew to get him a pair of shorts, and when we went to the fitting rooms, the line was long--but not because it was busy. All the dressing rooms were locked, and no one could find an employee to help. I asked two different staff members for assistance, and after waiting 10 minutes with no response, we just left. I'm a regular Target shopper, and I've never seen employees so disengaged. Every worker I passed seemed more interested in talking than working. Really disappointing experience.
