We had been looking for 5th wheel RVs for over 5 months, and we have specific requirements that we were wanted. The Sales staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful especially Austin and Rachel. I picked it up around the first of December and towed it to Florida where we live. There were some damages on this initial trip that were Coachman's manufacturing issues. Stellhorn was very helpful in supporting us. The Service staff are great and Kirk was extremely helpful and supportive in the challenges that were faced. Most of the issues were regarding the Manufacturing issues and Quality Control within Coachman which we are addressing with Coachman directly Also when we went to register the camper here in Florida, we found that Stellhorn had packaged all of the required documentation for the camper and we had a very smooth registration effort at the DMV.
