Won't use. Again, I was supposed to be picked up at 4:30 am, when they didn't arrive I called and they told me they thought it was pm. And I would have to find another way to the airport. There were no lift or Uber available so we had to find another flight. I have used Stagecoach before but the way they handled this was terrible . I will never use them again. The person who answers the phone doesn't do so professionally. We were picked up on time, but the van was over a decade old, with numerous stains on the seats, and bolts were holding the ceiling fabric up. Our first driver, David, could only drive with his seat reclined all the way. He was weaving in the lane multiple times, and joked that he was drunk. Because he was mumbling and erratically driving, I had to directly ask him "are you really drunk". That's a first. This would have been a one star review but Driver Pam earned a whole star by herself. Pam has a larger, much nicer van, and is very professional. It's $20 per a person and they will take you anywhere except Grape Creek. I suggest you call ahead and get Pam. We won't use them again unless we can have Pam be our only driver. read more

We had an exceptional experience with Cole, the owner/driver. He answered all my questions, multiple calls, change of times, etc. etc. I hired him for two straight days. We stayed in Hunt, TX which is 45 minutes outside of Fredericksburg. We had a party of 6 first day and 10 the next. He brought a larger van for the second day which gave ample room for us and our "stuff". He was super sweet and got a stool out at every stop and helped everyone out of the van. Both days of driving were 8+ hours. We went all over the place! It was the best option for us, we designed our own itinerary and it was fantastic! Highly recommend IF you are a planner and can make your own itinerary. Service was exceptional. read more

Called to request scheduled pick up and drop off for a wedding and reception at a local winery. "Ian" told me that he would be there at the scheduled time and would even call a few minutes before arriving. I waited until the scheduled time to call him and he suddenly stopped answering his phone. I called the alternative number and the lady there told me I had to call him directly. Even though I left a message at both numbers, I never heard back, and my friends and I had to make last minute arrangements, which almost left us late for our commitment. I still have not heard back from them. I assumed there was a valid reason for this, but since no one ever bothered to call me back, I decided I would voice my displeasure here, for whatever it is worth. I'd rather walk. The owner/driver might be the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. We originally booked Stagecoach for a party of 10 to take us to the wineries on 290. Grape Creek was one of the places we wanted to visit and when we asked about this his told us he doesn't go there because they're "California Liberals" and called us idiots for wanting to go there before hanging up on my wife. I called back to cancel the trip and he unleashed a tirade of foul language. I've used Stagecoach Shuttle Service twice and both times I've been impressed. The first time was for my little sister's birthday. Everything went smoothly, so when that same sister got engaged and wanted her bachelorette party to be held in Fredericksburg, I gave Stagecoach a call. Cole was great from start to finish. I'm a serious planner, and he helped me with winery suggestions, timing of the day, and dinner venues. He carted our things back and forth from the van and even went back to a winery when I thought I'd left my sweater on the chair. Towards the end of the day, we received extremely bad news about a loss in the family. Cole was very understanding in our change of plans for the evening and called us a few days later with his condolences and to check in on our family. All in all, I can't say enough great things about our experience. For such a hard day, he made it as easy as it could be. I'd highly recommend Stagecoach Shuttle Service. We booked a shuttle bus for a bachelorette party, or should I say we were supposed to get a shuttle bus. The driver showed up 45 minutes late, and he was in a passenger van, not the bus we were expecting. There were 11 girls, so to say that it was a tight fit would be an understatement. We called the owner to let him know that this is not what we reserved. He informed us that the shuttle bus was not running because the A/C was out and it was dirty. Since we were packed in the van like sardines, we decided that the bus would be more comfortable, even without A/C. We go to the Stagecoach lot, and switch out the passenger van for the bus without A/C, and finally get our adventure started. The ride on the bus was horrible. The driver was not experienced or qualified (as we later learned) to be driving the shuttle bus. It was a scary and miserable ride to each winery, topped off by a blowout on the way to our last winery. We were running out of time, so we walked about a half mile towards the winery. Another shuttle bus picked us up and drove us up the drive to the winery. While we were enjoying Grape Creek (a must on your visit to Fredericksburg), we called the owner to let him know we were dissatisfied with his service. The owner started yelling at us over the phone, that we were just a bunch of spoiled brats, and we should be grateful for what we had. He continued to say that he would not be returning us to Llano (where we originated), and said good luck getting home. We spoke with the owner of Grape Creek, and he helped us find another transportation company that would be able to take us back to Llano. Grape Creek went above and beyond with their help and concern for our situation. Grape Creek is top class! We went back to the broken down bus to retrieve our personal items, and the bus was unlocked and in the same location where we got out earlier and began walking. Texas Wine Tours is the company that transported all of us back to Llano, and they were absolutely AWESOME! Once we were back in Llano, the owner of Stagecoach called us numerous times threating us, calling us names, and basically just harassing us all night long. He made phone calls until midnight, and started again at 6 AM the next morning. Stagecoach was the most unprofessional transportation company that I have ever dealt with. The owner is unreasonable, and not trustworthy. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE STAGECOACH! read more

We had a fine experience with this service. Preston was our driver every time. He was very pleasant and appropriately talkative and his van was perfectly fine. We never had to wait more than 5-10 mins for pickup and we did not have a particularly negative experience with dispatcher as the other reviews stated. I would totally use this service again and would request Preston, for sure! read more

Shuttle arrived to pick us up on time and the drivers were very professional and kind. The only issue we had was toward the end of the day. They seemed to have gotten overwhelmed with customers and took a little over 20 minutes to pick us up. Other than that it was a great experience and a great value. read more

We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at Hondo's. The driver only wanted to talk about a bachelorette party that wanted him to come back to the hotel with them. We told the driver we would be very brief and need a ride back to the airport. We called at the end of the meal and were told it was going to be a 15 min wait. Not wanting to be too demanding, I waited outside for 45 min to call and check on the status of our ride. He would not answer. I called again at 1 hour past the time he said he would be there and made several other attempts after that and even from someone else's cell phone. We finally had to make arrangements with another company. He didn't even have the decency to call to let us know he would be late or be professional enough to answer the phone to let us know the situation. Both of our phones ended up dying soon-after, and that would have really put us in a hard spot. We spotted another driver from Stagecoach pull up to the restaurant, we assume to pick us up, about 1 hour and 20 min. after we were told he would be there. We had already made arrangements with another taxi so didn't cancel on the new cab. They FINALLY tried calling us at that point, but we decided to let them wait outside the restaurant and not answer their call. They charged less than the second cab that we took, but at least we got picked up! I tip when I get to my final destination - glad I didn't waste it on those guys. If you decide to use them, be ready to call someone else if they don't show up at the appointed time! None of the taxis we used had meters. I guess they just wing it. For 2 people from the airport to downtown was $8. The second guy charged $15 for the reverse trip. read more

I booked their services for a bachelorette party. The trip started on the wrong foot when I was told by the driver that we would not get the shuttle that we asked for because the A.C. broke down. Not a big deal! We wanted to enjoy our day. We get two our second winery and the shuttle we were on broke down completely. I was told that they did not have anything else available, so we were going to be taken to the next place in two separate cars. These were obviously the owner's personal vehicles. The whole point of our trip was to spend the ride together, so when I brought up my concerns to the owner, he said "YOU NEED TO GROW UP." He said things like this happen all the time, and that i needed to get over it. I was highly offended by his comment, but when I told him if that is how he runs his business, he said he was done with me and that the tour was over. At the end he gave us a discount and took us in the two cars, but even after him allowing the tour to continue, I was appalled by his customer service. I was embarrassed with the rest of the party that I hired a company that would treat their customers this way. read more

I would not use this service again, ever! I booked a bus for 15 people. I was told that the bus I was getting would accommodate 15 people, no problem. I even described the type of bus that I wanted. When the bus showed up, it was very small!! No joke, I immediately told the driver that this bus would not work, and he said -- we have had 15 people on this bus many times before, you will all fit, and one person can even sit up front. We had appointments scheduled at 3 wineries and so we really did not have time to argue so we all piled in. We are so squished together it was not even funny, and one person had to sit on an ice chest and another had to sit up front with the driver. And there was no room for our own ice chests, food, snacks, etc. Because we were so crammed in the bus they had to store our stuff in the back - out of reach. Really!? We went to the first winery and I asked for a larger bus. They said that this is the largest that they had. THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED MY RESERVATION KNOWING I HAD 15 PEOPLE when the largest bus they had did not fit 15 people. They offered to have a van come and take 1/2 of us. The purpose of getting the limo bus was to all ride together to the different wineries. So I said no thanks. The people in our group were not large people! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more
