He was super responsive and able to get us in on the upcoming Saturday. The bus itself is really nice, great sound system. Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend using this service in Fredericksburg. Thanks for making our girls trip amazing!

Josh was our photographer, tour guide and even purse holder for the day. He knows a lot about wine! At the end of our tour he brought in all of our wine! They allow wine/Prosecco on the bus and gave us some water and goodie bags. Our bus driver, Ronnie #2, was fantastic! Such a gentlemen. He walked us inside each winery and made sure we were all good to go before returning to the bus. We visited Blumenthal Farms, Barons Creek Vineyards, and The Edge. The absolute BEST tour company I have booked with! They are so professional, responsive and ensure your day is perfect. Kirchman's was so easy to work with and I love the flexible booking model they have. We wanted to book a wine tour for our group where we could relax and wine taste at a few spots without a super tight schedule for the day. With the pay by hour rate, it made it perfect for our group. They helped us plan our route, helped get us discounted tasting reservations and were so fast and responsive to all questions. We ended up adding extra time for a last minute stop at Luckenbach at the end of the day and it was no problem at all. They are super accommodating and helpful. We had Sheryl as our driver and she was the absolute best! Just the nicest person ever and took such great care of our group! I've done wine tours with a few groups in Fredericksburg over the years but for now on, I will 100% be using Kirchman's for my tours because of the great experience with them. read more

My husband and another couple went to three Fredericksburg wineries on a Saturday and didn't want to drive. We decided against a shuttle as we wanted to choose our wineries and didn't want to be beholden to only places the shuttle would drop off. Enter Kirchman's Private Transport. George picked us up at our VRBO then took us to all the wineries. When we were done at one, we would just text and he was there in seconds. His vehicle was large enough to seat the 4 of us comfortably, it was clean, and he even had water for us. George was also so incredibly nice! 10/10 would book him again when we go back!! read more

My wife and I booked Kirchman Tours for a private drive around afternoon of wine tasting in Fredericksburg. George was our driver and we could not have been more pleased with the service. He picked us up on time, and took us to three wineries of our choosing, taking photos at each of our stops. He was great to converse with and offered suggestions of additional wineries to visit. The vehicle was comfortable, the tasting rooms were all great, and George was terrific, amiable, with a good sense of humor, as well as a good driver. We bought wine at every tasting because all of them had something special and unique. George took care of storing the wine in the vehicle for us. We had the best time on our tour last week! Our driver, who happened to be the Owner, was awesome! He assisted in picking great places for our tour stops, arranging the reservations where needed at wineries, flexible when we changed up where we wanted to go that day, VIP service with dropping and picking us up by the doors/entrance and handling our packages. This consisted of a tour of the distillery and we learned how bourbon was made. We got to try it every stage of the process. And they also taught us how to enjoy a glass of bourbon. It wasn't my cup of tea, however it was a cool experience and my boyfriend loved it! For lunch, we had some awesome sandwiches at the Hye Market. Super yummy! Our last stop was the Hye Meadow Winery. Communication while planning the trip was excellent and he helped us plan a wonderful itinerary. During the tour he even asked one of us to connect to the car radio and be the DJ, so we jammed to our favorite songs in between wineries. 5 stars plus!!!
