These guys are rude!!! Chris in particular is nothing but a jerk. I recommend going with one of the many other tow truck company choices.

I agreed to be charged "By the Hour" which was fair considering the distance I had my vehicle towed. They sent a brand new truck to pick me up. The truck was not equipped with the proper tools to remove my driveshaft. The driver spent ALMOST AN HOUR removing my driveshaft with a tiny little wrench, which added an hour to my expense. When we got to where we were being towed the driver said he wasn't putting the driveshaft back on. I told him he had to or he would be leaving us in worse condition then when he picked us up. HE HANDED ME HIS LITTLE WRENCH AND TOLD ME TO DO IT MYSELF!!! Thank GOD I know how to install a driveshaft or we would have been more screwed. After a few days to clear my head I called the office but the manager wasn't there to talk to. They ASSURED me he would call me back. A week later and still no call, hence here comes a bad Yelp review. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE MANAGER DOESNT CARE. AVOID THESE GUYS. read more

I just had a horrible experience with this company. AAA sent them out. My truck broke down and I needed a tow. Their driver arrived within 30 minutes. The truck is not under my name yet but I have title and insurance with me (all paperwork in order and I showed to the driver after he insisted on seeing them). Their driver initially REFUSED to tow it to my shop. He asked more questions than a police officer. I had never been treated like this in over 17 years I have been with AAA. I had to call AAA and they contacted this company. AAA is the best and resolved the issue. This company has a strange "policy" that clearly didn't apply to me. I definitely have to say you are a five-star AAA service. Your fast response to get me off a dangerous curve on the 10 freeway last night was outstanding. Anthony was really great, kind, courteous, and very professional. He knew what he was doing and got me home safe. Definitely an above and beyond response and experience, thank you. I found one of Anthony's gloves laying in the street this morning and since our conversation let me know that he's a neighbor of mine and just lives around the corner please feel free to tell him to stop by and knock on the door to get it or I can leave it out for him. AAA sent stagecoach to me when I ran out of gas in a bad area. I told the lady on the phone from AAA multiple times that I had a diesel truck. When the service guy, Chris, showed up, he didn't have any diesel fuel... (Not his fault. The lady with AAA didn't relay to them that I needed diesel). He called out another service guy, but it was going to take about 30 minutes for him to get to me. It was getting dark by this point, but Chris waited for the next service guy to get there so I wasn't out there by myself. Chris was very helpful and very respectful. The next guy that came, Paul, had the diesel and took care of my truck. He was also very helpful and respectful. Would definitely use Stagecoach again if I needed it. read more

AAA sent this company out to change my blowout. Usually people are upset when things like this happen. Maybe say a few chosen cuss words. While I was talking to dispatch the woman on the phone took serious offense to my boyfriend and his f bomb. She wasn't on the phone with him. She threatened to cancel my call and was super cranky. After waiting almost 2 hrs, (original call 10:06pm) a truck finally shows up. Jose is the name of the driver. changes our tire, airs up the spare and puts us back on the road at 11:45pm. calleed AAA because my dads car wasnt working properly had to be taken on a flat bed from banning to LA when i called the representative (who was extremely nice) informed me thhat he would arrive no later than 4:30pm it was 4pm when i called i thought hmm okay lets go eat while we wait.. we recieved an message and was told he'd get there at about 4:50pm at 4:20pm he called and said he was at our house.. While unloading our booth items for sale at the Highland Springs Resort sheep shearing event, our truck would not start. It was blocking other vendors and visitors were starting to arrive. One quick call to AAA and help was on the way. The driver had to call us to locate the actual location of the vehicle since the place was so large. Ray Castillo was the best! Helpful and calm, he got the truck started on the first try and we were able to move out of the way before the event got crowded. Stagecoach Towing went out of their way to save our day! On the day that we were to trade in our old motorhome to purchase our new motorhome, we realized the catylic converter had been stolen out of the old one. The new RV dealer agreed to still take our trade in (after reducing the value) but now we needed to have it towed to the dealership. Our auto insurance company said they could take care of arranging everything for us. Unfortunately, six very frustrating hours later, still no tow truck. We knew of Stagecoach towing and called them. Within 45 minutes they were on their way to the dealership with our RV in tow. The Stagecoach associate on the phone who took our info and dispatched the truck was very courteous and understanding of our frustration (by the time we called we were closing in on our appointment time at the dealership and needed a tow ASAP). Stagecoach arrived quickly and the driver was courteous and experienced with handling a large Class A motorhome. Stagecoach exceeded our expectations that day, and at a reasonable price (insurance company realized how they dropped the ball and reimbursed us.) We highly recommend Stagecoach to anyone needing a tow. They are reliable, responsive and courteous. read more

My girl friend's car broke down 40 miles from home in Orange County and 40 miles from our destination in Indio. The retaining bolt that held her breaks together had fallen off, we called AAA, and Stagecoach Towing came out despite our horrible directions of "the shell gas station by the big dinosaurs off the 10 freeway." He quickly came out and loaded the car on to the flat, and recommended that we go to Famous Tire Company. This kept us right at our free mile limit and it was AAA approved so we got a discount. I have been a AAA member for 26 years and never once have I been treated like this!!! My car battery died and this towing company pulled up I showed him my card and told him I called in for a jump start he then called his dispatcher and told we had to waited for AAA to call him!!!he left us there stranded with no help waited for about a hour for someone to show! This is a review based on the exceptional service I received from my Tow Truck Driver Schawn !! I had a tire issue on my Volvo which left my car inoperable on the 10 fwy in Banning at 12:00 midnight. I called AAA and Stagecoach Towing was dispatched to my location on the 10 fwy. From the moment he arrived Schawn was a total professional and I felt confident I would be safe and in good hands. I did not have a spare tire !! Because it was so late all stores were closed and I would have been left with an inoperable vehicle. Schawn was very resourceful and miraculously tracked down a professional contact who opened a tire store and was able to change out my damaged tire in the middle of the night !!! Schawn has the type of personality that is the calm In a storm !! He made me feel at ease while he handled a very difficult situation. In mid- August, we were on our way to Idyllwild, in Banning, CA just after a summer monsoon that caused some flash flooding. Having taken a wrong turn, we ended up on a dead end road covered with cafe au lait colored water. In turning around, we backed off the water covered road into a 3" ditch full of storm run off; the back wheels under water, the front wheels on the road. Called AAA and Stagecoach Towing arrived within 1/2 hour: two super nice guys, very reassuring and responsive. The big tow truck arrived shortly, hauled us right out and we were on our way. Could not have had a better experience under the circumstances. We were out of there in less than an hour. Thanks so much to Stagecoach and their great service. These guys are awesome. I broke down in the desert and they came and towed my car in 15 minutes. Chris was very friendly and even left the car for me at the closed repair shop. Considering I was 100 miles from home, with my wife and 5 year old, Chris waited for me, and took me to a place just 2 blocks from enterprise where I went to rent a loaner. My car flashed a drive train error message and literally stopped going 80mph on the 10 westbound near Banning. I called BMW Roadside Service first. After 15 minutes without providing an eta for a tow truck I called AAA. Luckily I was able to make it to the left shoulder and they said I was "high priority" because of where I was located. Not only did they contact CHP for extra safety but Steven with Stagecoach Towing called me immediately and was there 10 minutes later. He was quick, kind and polite. He explained that he was off in 10 mins and had to tow us to a local Denny's where another driver would pick us up. Shawn was there within 30 minutes and was again, quick, kind and polite. He towed us to Corona so my friend's husband could pick her up, my car to the dealership in Newport Beach and then me home nearby, I originally called BMW Roadshide Service at 4p and they finally texted me at 6:51 to tell me to expect tow truck at 7:25!! They were going to leave me on the side of the freeway in 100 degree heat for over 3 hours! Gary from Stagecoach Towing just saved my life and my wallet! My husband and I were returning from Desert Center (way past Palm Springs) on what I would say was the hottest day of the year so far (115 degrees) when our motor home quit on us. My husband looked it over and couldn't figure out the problem, so we called AAA. They sent a driver named Gary from Stagecoach to tow us 120 miles home.Once he arrived the first thing he asked us was if we removed the gas cap. We answered "no" to what we thought was a very off the wall question. Little did we know he knew exactly what he was talking about. He told us our type of motor home is notorious for "vapor lock", still not believing it was a fuel problem we unscrewed the cap. He told us to start it and what do you know? That was the problem -VAPOR LOCK. He then followed us for another 8 miles to make sure we made is safely to the next gas station. If we ever break down again near Banning/Beaumont I hope Gary is around to save us. Nice job Gary! read more

If you can avoid this business and use another towing service in the area I strongly recommend you do so. I wasn't so lucky and was in an accident so CHP called the closest place. These people were not only rude to me on the phone but my personal property was STOLEN from my car while on their lot. They released my car to a salvage yard without my permission. Charged $570 to tow a family members car 4.8 miles ($250 for "1 hour tow"), 3 days at $65 (extenuating circumstances led to the delay in picking it up after it was impounded which is another story and some redicupous misfortune) and $125 to open the gate on Saturday (multiple vehicles in and out while waiting for a supervisor to release the car) or $130 more if I picked up on Sunday. How a company like this jumps on someone's back who's had some misfortune and charges such totally absurd fees is beyond me. I hope they're proud of themselves for raping and pillaging simply because they can. To recap, for towing a vehicle under 5 miles, having it sit in their nearly empty parking lot for 2.5 days, and having an employee (one of a handful in and out while we were being helped) have us sign papers, and open the gate they charged $570. So instead of leaving a negative review for my mechanic ill choose to write about something positive...the friendly young man who helped me out of a hellish jam... After getting an alternator replacement the day before I decided to head out to Palm Springs on a day trip from Los Angeles. When I arrived in Palm Springs I noticed a sharp noise coming from the front end. After a brief search for an open garage in the Palm Springs area, I decided to bolt home so i got on the 10w asap. After a battle with the wind and a sharp bang (like a rock), my temp gauge was swelling. I got just past Morongo and coasted into the lovely town of Banning. After a look under the hood I noticed all the belts hanging and no more pulley....hence the bang, and the water pump causing the temp swell . Stranded! Luckily I have trip A premium or something for unlimited towing (88miles from home) and a very nice dude from this company gave me a lift..It was actually super fun to cruise in the diesel international and the driver couldnt of been a cooler dude. I found myself stranded near the middle of a busy intersection this evening at rush hour in a car that wouldn't move. A call to AAA brought Chris from Stagecoach Towing in Banning to my rescue. My initial estimated wait time was 30 minutes which was quickly updated to 20 and the driver arrived in about 15. Upon arrival, Chris first saw to it that I could safely exit my vehicle and escorted me to the safety of his truck. He swiftly and with great care loaded my car on the back of the flatbed and we were on our way. With the friendly courtesy I never would have expected, he returned me and my car to my home, expertly placing my car not only in my driveway, but right into my specific parking space. With a handshake and a thank you he was on his way. I am eternally grateful for AAA, Stagecoach Towing and Chris for making what was a frightening situation a far more pleasant evening. read more

I called AAA and they dispatched Stagecoach Towing, they called and confirmed a 20 minute ETA .. After waiting for over 1 & 1/2 hr... we gave up... I am in a wheelchair and was unable to help change a tire myself... .my nephew, heroically ide say, got the job done.. we found C's tires in Banning and purchased a safe tire and were on our way.. AAA dispatched Stagecoach Towing to help us with a sidewall blowout on the 10W. We drive a Jeep Comanche and had recently lost our spare tire while off-roading and hadn't replaced it yet (shame on us!). So we were really bumming when this happened because we know the 15 inch tire needed is usually a special order. We were able to get off the highway and into the driveway of a tire shop, of course they didn't have that tire in stock. The guy tried phoning a friend but no luck. At this point we called AAA. Schawn was there and had our truck loaded on the flat bed BEFORE his ETA. All the while he is making phone call after phone call to see if anyone he knows has the tire we need. Mind you, it's 5:00PM on Friday the 13th. One of his buds has a used tire that is 14", used, and is trying to sell it to us for too much. Scahwn didn't even ask us, he told his friend no thanks, that is way too much. Schawn asks us if we need anything before taking off for SD with truck and tow. We did need to hit the ATM so we headed to a close by bank and then he gets the call, Boom, a buddy of his has the tire we need and he will come open back up his shop and change our tire!!!! Schawn happily drives us to Menos Tires and we got hooked up all around! Back on the road in under 2 hours.
