I was starting to panic, considering all the costs I might need to deal with and worried about what could possible be wrong with my car. Then Nathan the tow truck driver arrived. The driver was very timely. The company before quoted us three hours, and he was on site within 20 minutes. I'm thankful for the service. Told me to send my DL and personal info to his cell phone. Than admitted he was Hasan. He Also told me he had video and for his safety, he will not give it to me or the insurance company. Hasan mocked me saying I told him he did a good job. I was on the other side of the car and Couldn't see what he did. And because I waited on him in the heat I was in a hurry to get in my car . We had Kacy pick us up on the 18th after AAA had to send someone else since their first guy was unprofessional and decided to leave. As soon as he got to us (pretty decent time) he had a great work ethic and didn't waste any time getting the car onto the bed and ready to go. Super fast, very nice driver, new equipment and way less expensive than broncs. I called broncs at 9am told 1-1.5 hours. At 1.5 hours told 20-25 min.. at over 2 hours I called these guys and told 6minutes and they were here almost before I got off the phone to cancel the broncs tow. Broncs was going to be $95 (told they are usually $300/hr) and this company was $65 for 1.5 mile tow. They brought a flat bed. Fyi Uhaul tow dolly is $50 per day.. read more

We called Triple A the day before needing to schedule a pick up of our truck, which was not running and needed to be towed. The appointment time was between 8 and 9 AM. By 9:15 nobody showed so we called Triple A and they confirmed the appointment in their system. My husband was waiting for them and called Triple A for the name and number of the towing company. The towing company at first was polite, but insisted they knew nothing. OK so maybe it was a failure between them and Triple A, however, the person who answered the phone at Angels started yelling at my husband and talking over him. He was exceedingly rude and that was very disapointing. We used another firm and will NEVER even think of using Angel's. I needed a jump to get my car going, so I called my insurance company. They sent me a text that gave me Angel Hands phone number and ETA of 2 hours. I called the number directly, and the driver confirmed that it may be less than 2 hours. After 3 hours and a text to them with no response, my insurance company got hold of them again. The tow guy told her he didn't see the credit card info so he wasn't going to come out because it's too far (20 minutes). The insurance lady told him he needed to open the documents she sent so he could see the payment info. He kept repeating himself and didn't want to listen to her. Obviously like most tows this was an unexpected situation. I was kind of irritated to have to step out into the heat and deal with the car issue anyway. I received a phone call just a few minutes before the designated time given. It was the driver confirming my address, letting me know he was around the block (our home can be a little tricky to locate, even with gps. Sure enough he drives up, steps out of his truck, cheery and happy into the heat. We said our hellos and he confirmed my information. The car was in a narrow place, couldn't be driven. I asked him if he wanted me to help maneuver it better? He replied no thank you and pushed the car all the way down to the driveway, onto the street and onto the tow truck, with ease and car.
