My husband and I were in the process of selling his late dad's classic truck. A buyer from across the country had purchased the truck. We were in the process of waiting for the transport truck to come when the worse thing happened. The keys got locked inside the truck. The spare keys were mailed to the new buyer just hours before. In panic mode, we called AAA, and they contacted Stagecoach Towing. Anthony from Stagecoach showed up within 20 minutes. He worked with the Slim Jim on the passenger window and could not get it to unlock. He did not give up. He then tried the Slim Jim on the driver's window which also did not work. But he had another tool he could try. This time it worked. We were so relieved! Anthony was a life saver to us. He was kind and customer service oriented. When the Slim Jim tool did not work, he didn't just say sorry you need a lock smith and leave. He took the extra steps to continue to try to help us and he did. We were so grateful that Stagecoach Towing came to our house and Anthony was the driver. Not long after Anthony left the transport truck arrived, and the truck was then able to be driven up on the ramp and loaded. All thanks to Anthony! read more

Horrible, waited for 3 hrs in the city of Cabazon, they never showed up! According to AAA they were nearby, horrible towing company, if AAA try's to use them, request an alternative towing company. My wife and I were returning from Agua Caliente Casino and stopped for a restroom break at Morango, in Cabazon. It has major construction going on with fencing and narrow drive way. My tire had a blowout. Called AAA for road side assistance. They sent Stagecoach Towing. Our driver was Mike and he was actually staged in the same parking lot. He was so helpful in taking care of us and the car . The tire store that AAA recommended could not fix it for 3 days. Mike knew exactly where to take us. He took us to Certified Tire in Banning. Our tire is a specialty tire for our RLX Acura. Perry the store assistant store manager was awesome. They could get it done in 2 1/2 hours. I had a flat tire tonight and prior to that I had a problem with a gas nozzle that left me smelling like gasoline. When the tow truck arrived Chad was the driver.When he went to change the tire we discovered that the lug nuts were stripped and the tire wasn't coming off. So instead of stripping the rest of them we decided the best thing to do was to have the car towed home. I appreciate you Chad! I'm usually satisfied with the towing services from stagecoach but this last time i was really dissatisfied! My car was involved in an accident and was towed there a day or two later the insurance company picked it up and took it to the auto repair shop as they normally would, and about 3-4 weeks later i got a call from the bank stating stagecoach was going to put a lien on my car because it was still at their lot. I was really annoyed and confused because by this time my car was fixed and parked in my driveway! When i called the office about my car the guy told me my car was still in the back and i told him no it's in my driveway please take it out of your system. Welp a few moths later i got a letter from the DMV about a lien that was placed in my car! SMH i was really over it by then. read more

He showed up within minutes and quickly and efficiently got us loaded onto the flatbed careful not to damage my vw bus. Took me all the way to Huntington Beach from Morongo casino safely during a downpour of rain and even allowed me to make a pit stop to use the restroom . Stagecoach is a great Inland Empire Business. That's hard to say about a lot of the businesses out here. We highly recommend working with them. Let me start by saying that when you're being towed there is a lot of room for a "bad experience" to happen. I can understand why tow operators don't have better ratings. More often than not, the frustration someone has, falls onto the tow operator. I'm glad to see their total rating is high, as it mimics our experience with the company. Firstly, on a Saturday, in the middle of the day, Stagecoach arrived in less than 20 minutes at a location just outside of Beaumont to get us home when the car wouldn't start. The price was realistic, even though AAA only covered 7 miles of the trip. We had a small miscommunication between myself and the driver which resulted in a tiny issue as the car was being unloaded at our house. The tow driver decided to call his manager Gary, and Gary OK'd waiving the fee so we could figure out a solution. The rest of the story literally showed pure class from Gary and The Stagecoach team. They followed up appropriately until it was resolved, they were patient, and let us have time to figure out our end of it. The end result was a very good one on our end. TL; DR... Long story short: Gary and Stagecoach are an honest bunch trying to keep customers, and we are glad we worked with them, even though our introduction was through random happenstance via a call to AAA towing service. We will be using Gary and Stagecoach for our needs in the future here near Beaumont. read more

It's my fault for locking my keys in the car, but I only had about half an hour of wiggle room. I couldn't do anything else I had planned for that day. ALEX IS A HERO! There we were, stranded on the side of the highway with nothing but our cell phones and hope that help was coming. We called AAA to send out a tow truck for our flat tire, and they gave us an ETA of one hour. Granted, we had to wait for an hour for help, but what else would one expect on a holiday weekend? Freezing in the cold coming from our air conditioner, lights shining in from our back window clued us in that our savior was here! Except, there was no tow truck, only a cool dude with a great attitude. Turns out, there was a miscommunication somewhere down the grapevine, and he thought we had a spare that he was to help change. Hope was lost! Despair set in and we had accepted our fate that we would have to wait for another 2 hours for a tow, but Alex offered to stay behind on our behalf, and to call in to let us keep the car in their yard until morning, where they would drop it off for us! He helped us out of a tough spot and told us he would wait an hour for us so we could go home! He went above and beyond, and I'm so impressed by how he handled our situation. Also he is a great conversationalist and helped cooled our nerves while we considered all of our options. Alex, thank you and I hope that the snow fall this year will be beautiful and as safe as possible so you don't have to work too hard. read more

These old VWs are a bit intricate, and a bad tow job can damage them permanently, both the frame and the tranny. but schawn knew about their quirks. This company doesn't even deserve to have 1 STAR. Sat on the freeway for an hour. Had to go through this tow company through the rental company we went through. DIANA had given us a call with information that was not accurate. We were told that we were going to banning enterprise to leave our broken down rental and receive a new car. We TRIED explaining what we were told and all DIANA had to say was to SHUT UP, Hung up on us. And canceled our tow truck because we were trying to let her know what we were told on location we were gonna be dropped off. So here I am on my birthday, sitting on the side of a freeway, in over 100 degree weather. Waiting for a tow truck for going on 2 hours. Wasn't even on the phone with her for 1 minute. This company needs to have employees that don't take their personal miserable life out on their customers and take the time to hear us out and figure out the situation of what is going on. I had a flat on the 10 freeway in Cabazon. Due to construction, there was no right shoulder. I was able to make it to the left shoulder. I could not change my tire because of the sand (the Jack kept getting buried in the sand & I had no board to support it.)Cars were flying by at high speeds. I called AAA and they had me waiting for two hours. They sent the call to a company in Desert Hot Springs. It was outside of their area and nobody was coming. The CHP stopped and helped me and called Stagecoach. The manager of Stagecoach called me right away and said a tow truck would be there in 15 minutes. I was skeptical but Steven showed up in less than 15 minutes. Because of the danger of the situation CHP stayed with me and Steven was able to hook up the car quickly. If it weren't for Stagecoach and Steven I would probably still be sitting alongside the freeway. Steven was very aware of the dangers and told me to get in the tow truck and amazingly was able to get my truck on the truck in a short amount of time. These guys are great, I must say - I have had a whole host of crazy "incidents" that required their services, (various break downs, pulled out of a snow drift, dead battery, run out of fuel twice!) ...& have always been impressed how quickly they respond & how nice all the drivers have been. This place totally ripped my son off today. He ran out of gas last night and I was out of town. By time he could get help to get his car the City had towed it. The car was literally there only 4 or 5 hours when he went to get it and was charged $545!!! For a tow and less that 5 hours! He had an over night charge, got charged for a Sunday and just a ridiculous rip off amount!! Not sure how prices like this is legal!! Picking on young kids who don't know better I guess! read more
