I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. The driver arrived early, as it was a very cold evening and he said he wanted to be there when they were ready to leave. The next big kindness shown was allowing the groom to include his dog, that was part of the wedding. The original dog transportation back home had a change and the driver quickly accommodated. Both the bride and groom said the driver was A+. Next, even though not planned, the driver let them drop their stuff off and then took them to meet up with their friends at a local Mount Dora location.
