Roberto, is a professional from start to finish. Though he has a busy schedule he is courteous to communicate before hiring and accommodating for schedule changes, and thorough up to the last day. His work is precise and takes you through the process asking questions. The house had outdated (and out of compliance / unsafe for little ones) railings. He installed wooden railings and crowns around existing posts. One personal comment is that I didn't foresee the square moldings on stair posts to scratch our arms and kids face occasionally. We have learned not to get too close. A do over would be to smoothen out the square corners or purchase round accent ones. You can see in the attached photos.
