They had my car for about 3 months, and from what I was told/what I observed, it wasn't worked on for roughly the first two months, which was extremely frustrating. When I finally got the car back, the workmanship was not acceptable. There were paint defects, panel gap/alignment issues, and the trunk corner still isn't even. The badge was also reinstalled in the wrong location. I also believe the trunk lid should have been replaced, but that was never clearly addressed. The owner tried to tell me my rear turn signal never worked. I gave them the opportunity to correct the problems. Instead of properly fixing the paint, it looked like they painted over an area where the paint had been buffed through, and each time they worked on my car more parts ended up damaged. I brought the car back again and they installed the rear wire harness and adjusted the taillight positioning, but the "resolution" was essentially letting them keep trying, and the car came back worse, not better. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop for collision/body work, especially if you care about paint quality, alignment, and careful handling of the vehicle.

The office ladies are way to chummy with the insurance adjusters. They totaled my car after completely disassembling it. After a fight with the insurance company, ended up getting charged for a one day storage charge (petty AF), refused to reassembly the car with exorbitant charge, and then provided curious "misinformation" trying to convince me to accept the settlement (I'm guessing so they could scrap the car for profit). Towing the car out out of the yard saved me over $1200. I have nothing to say about their work since they did none, but don't expect them to work for you if dealing with insurance. They are all part of the same crooked system.

I come here because it's close and convenient and from who I've spoken to it seemed to be trustworthy enough place to go for a simple state inspection. They call and tell me its failed inspection due to alignment and will need to pay $130 to fix it. Once again my first car, new driver, and also a young female I don't know what I'm dealing with but I did my research enough to know the alignment would have had to be pretty severe to fail inspection. Long story short, they lied my alignment was perfectly fine before going there and infact I NOW feel like its off since taking my car there and my breaks are also now squeaking when I reverse which never had that issue before. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, man in charge I guess? Not sure what kinda business he's running because it only took me a few interactions with the workers to realize it's a shit show. I was asking for an inspection report because all I was ever given was a receipt, he says it was sent to my email. It never was, so then I have my mother call as they aren't taking me seriously, talking to me like I'm dumb. Jeff quickly switches up the story again and he has no report or records from the work done on my car and that it was sent straight to the MVA. I'm sitting right next to her and I say "Hi Jeff. You said it was sent to my e-mail yesterday and it never was and now you dont have access to the records? I finally come in person and after way too long of back n forth they give me a checklist of what had been done after repeatedly asking and being told there's no records to give me.
