These guys got my car back into shape and on the road quickly and at a fair price! Another shop gave me a quote of almost $9,000 to repair my car so I came here for a second opinion. They checked over my vehicle and did the diagnostic tests and offered to walk me out to the shop to look at the issues my car had so I could physically see what was wrong. I had never seen underneath of a car before so that was really nice and my son thought that was really cool. The technician was very nice and explained and showed me the problems and gave me an idea of what needed to be done now and what other things weren't a priority. Turns out the actual needed repairs were less than $3,000, not the $9,000 the other place quoted me! They got the work done within 2 days and even washed the car after the job was done. Ian was great at communicating when the car would be done and when we picked it up he even gave my son a little hotwheels mercedes car, talk about great service! They definitely have a customer for life with me, Thanks guys! I'm not sure what the other lady was referring to about being dishonest or selling her repairs the car didn't need due to being a woman. I was traveling though maryland on my way home to RI when my Mercedes started acting funny and the check engine light came on. not knowing the area I googled Mercedes repair places near me when these guys popped up. When I called them the gentleman on the phone said they were busy but they will try to get to it. I limped in and to my surprise they got me right in and found there was a problem with the coils and it was causing my light to come on and the car to run poorly. luckily they had what they needed in stock and two hours later I was back on the road. they were friendly prompt and I was able to make it home without any more problems. I made an appointment for evaluation of the vehicle. Westminster isn't that far, and the staff members were both professional and personable. Ian walked me through the services needed and after prioritizing we set up another appointment to fix the most important defects first. I just Purchased a Mercedes AMG 43 and needed to catch up on service. they immediately identified what needed to be done and put a plan in writing for me to follow which included the cost of the services. while I was there, they changed my oil and filter and charged a very fair price. I am glad I found them, they are all very qualified technicians and based on the plan they provided, much less expensive then a dealer. I have used these folks for several years now and it's always been top notch service at reasonable prices. I trust them more than the dealership I used to use (which changed hands). They are factory certified and have the Star diagnostic equipment and access to all my car's history. Today they did new engine and transmission mounts on my 2012 E350 Bluetec with nearly 200k miles on it and as always they were great to work with, even to the point of showing me the old parts they replaced so I could see that, yes, they definitely needed replacing. (The area MB dealership told us it would be the following week before they could schedule us!) Ian was very accommodating; told us to come in and he'd take a look.
