I had been quoted $300 at the dealership to replace the trim with a new part. Doug (who was referred by the dealership) said that the clips always break and it's better to just glue it down. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that they did the work for free. The repair was actually made by Steve who was professional and expedient. The trim looks great now and I appreciate their help. They didn't deduct my warranty from the price of service, and owe me money. I have tried contacting them several times - even speaking with several high-up people in this office. They will contact you, act like they care, and then completely ghost you. I've even tried getting in touch with customer service at the corporate office with the same outcome. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle of dealing with these horrible people. It's now been over 3 months, and despite numerous promises, no one will respond or give me a refund.
