It's $280 if you don't want the front windshield done. Speaking of which, the darkest they'll do for windshield is 45%. For no ceramic I believe it's $180 for five windows, addition $100 for the windshield which is always going to be ceramic regardless of if the rest of the car is ceramic. Not hard to find, wasn't too sure on where to park when I got there. If you knock, I don't believe anyone will answer lol so just walk right in. Okay this is not the place you'll receive the friendliest customer service. They're not mean or rude. Just not the most welcoming. But it's cool I'm here for tints not to make BFFs. I was told three hours but they actually got it done in half the time because an additional associate came in to help at the end of the day so that was great. No one wore mask and there's no waiting area so just keep that in mind. I knew I would be in and out and didn't plan on staying to wait so I was cool. Overall nice job. Tints are still "drying" which they said takes 2-3 weeks. There's a small bubble at the top of my front windshield but it's gradually gone down. They said they'd fix anything if it didn't completely go away at the end of the drying period. They also offer $20 lifetime warranty if you do anything to mess up your tints like scratch it or if your ring hits it.

I had my two front windows tinted here at 35% which is MD state law. The display in their lobby was…read morelabeled "legal". I said I want it legal. Even my receipt said 35%. This means it should test at 35%. They are supposed to account for the tint in the factory windows. When I got my car inspected my tint was 31%. This caused my car to fail inspection. So I went back and all they would do is take it off. They would not replace their product with the correct tint and fix their mistake. Now I have to pay again to have my windows tinted correctly. This is simply my honest experience. I do not recommend. They respond to all complaints in a very defensive and condescending manner. They aim to discredit the customer when they have made a mistake. They have a history of not being honorable when anyone complains. Response- Why on earth would I make this up or lie? I never said you were being deceitful. You guys simply made a mistake which you are unable to admit to. You jump to a defensive posture and make false allegations against me. You resort to insults. At no point was I insulting towards you, but you can't help but react emotionally. Being in business for 28 years does not make you immune to mistakes. I'm not going to call you as you suggested. You had an opportunity to do the right thing but chose not to. So now I'm going to share my honest experience which is my right as a consumer.

Their sales rep assured us that our leather furniture could be placed near windows and rugs could be moved freely without concern for fading if we chose this product-- a key reason we moved forward with the $6,000 installation. Unfortunately, the product has not performed as promised. Since installation, we've seen clear sun damage and fading in multiple parts of our home including our flooring and leather furniture. We contacted the company about our concerns. They visited, took photos, and acknowledged the issue -- but their only solution was to charge us even more to install a different film. Since then, they've stopped responding to calls, voicemails, and emails. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The product failed to perform as marketed, and the lack of customer care is remarkable.
