We were referred to South Central and the nice ladies at the desk picked up, they told us to bring him in ASAP and made us feel hopeful again that our boy will survive. My husband and I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Walla and Dr. Sodek when we got there. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and definitely impressed us. Dr. Sodek suggested different options and was kind, compassionate and not at all pushy. We chose surgery and when he gave me the price for the treatments including hospitalization - and it was so affordable! Long story short, Dr. Sodek and his wonderful team is the reason my boy is still alive and recovering. Not to mention the daily calls I get to update on his condition. He is now back at home happily recovering.

So the tour consists of about a thirty or forty minute presentation.Where you're in a semicircle, and they talk all about the difference between wolves and dog wolves and what it takes to be able to have any of these creatures. They discussed so many things, but it is all educational and interesting. On premise: there isn't much available on premise, but if you take about a ten minute drive, you will find places to eat and places to get gas. You will, however find clean bathrooms and we'll find a pretty cute gift shop. There is even some artwork that the pups themselves have made. Value - 15 per person for all 6 and above. In general, I feel it is very worth it and you are there at least a solid hour if not longer. In general - everyone should go, they are doing amazing work, and its highly educational! Love it!

Dr. Rider was great. He took time to explain everything & recommend possible treatments. One of my cats had a UTI, so we were prescribed medicine after testing. The overall cost with the wellness packages for both cats & additional UTI testing with meds was not cheap, but the value of the service received was well worth it, in my opinion.

If you ever have a problem, they will not try to retain you as a customer. There is also very limited parking and today when we showed up for the visit there was a truck blocking the few spots that were available. If they want to actually show they care in the response below and/or comp our visit today, then I will consider changing my review, but after the way I was treated today, I am not expecting much. In addition, knowing time was of the essence as my pet was in pain, they did not call in my prescription leaving me to have to go do everything on my own even though I confirmed on the phone when making the appointment which pharmacy that I use. This makes my pet who is in pain have to wait even longer for her prescription. Calling in the prescription would've been the least they could do. If you ever have any issues, they don't care if they lose you to another vet proving they don't care about the human customer or the animal customer.

They weren't pushy for specific tests but whatever we needed to make the best decision for our pet. They provided a variety of options and let us choose. The doctor had to step out for an emergency at one point and other staff checked on us- I don't think we were ever left for more than 20 min. if that. When it was time to put her down, the doctor and other staff were so kind and personable. Don't let the $500 deposit scare you off- they refund what is not needed and they apply it to whatever costs there are. It is worth their availability, thorough care, sweet bedside manner.

However, the first time I…read morewent he tried to give my pup medication and informed me of risks associated with it to his liver- I had to ask for a test to be done to see if his liver enzymes were in good condition to begin with (he was 12). Some months later he started exhibiting strange behavior (not related to the medication at all) and Dr fuller tried to give him an antibiotic without checking if he had an infection (I asked for the test and it turns out my baby was fine). Because there was no infection he diagnosed him with dementia from his symptoms and that there was nothing to do except get him on a stricter routine. Took him to get a second opinion 2 days later from a different vet because the diagnosis didn't feel right- that vet did the same type of evaluation Dr fuller did and said it was a brain tumor. This was later confirmed by a doctor that specialized in neurology who gave him steroids and pain meds to ease his symptoms and allow us time to say goodbye. He had to be put down 1 month after the incorrect dementia diagnosis

As a one woman business owner you can't help but appreciate how she can care so much about your animals while maintaining a growing business. Her rates are too reasonable and needs to increase because of the awards she constantly wins and showcases on her wall for being a top groomer and from showing her dogs. If you call and are lucky enough to get a time slot for her to groom your dog, take it!! She gives back to the community with various photo ops with the Easter bunny and Santa and does it all for donations for charity. We are so lucky to have Misty in our community. My family is a proud owner of 4 doodles that Misty grooms for us. I am also a local small business owner.

She continued to be extremely nasty to me. She hastily told me that she was not excepting any new clients, and she would not answer any of my further questions. She was also extremely disrespectful to me. I will NEVER take ANY of my 7 animals to her. I highly do not recommend anyone calling her! I am a firm believer in excellent customer service, especially when you are in a business that you have to deal with the public. I was also raised to be respectful to EVERYBODY no matter what!!!!
