I switched to this clinic from a different one and what a huge difference! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and you don't have to wait months to be seen. I've only had fillings and cleanings but they were quick and well done. Also everyone speaks clear English, which is great for me because I'm not good with accents and would spend most appointments at the other place I was going asking 'what' over and over. The procedure is clearly explained as well. Note: This clinic is on a Seventh Day Adventist school campus so they are closed on Saturdays but open Sunday which is really awesome! read more

I absolutely love this place. Every time I have gone there they have extremely helpful and thorough. No matter the issue they have also tried getting me answers. If they couldn't get to the bottom of something they got me into someone that might be able to help more. Recently I had been referred to get a couple ultrasounds done and I tried calling to make an appointment with no luck. Candice, the one taking care of my referrals, had reached out letting me know they had been sent in. I messaged back telling her I was having no luck getting through on multiple occasions. Later on I got a call from imaging to set up my appointments. I then received a text from Candice letting me know she went ahead and called four times on my behalf to have them call me. I missed an appointment almost 6 months ago and am now considered "walk in only" to be seen. I had a MISCARRIAGE and they wouldn't take care of me unless I come in and sit and wait for HOURS. then to be lectured about how I shouldn't be having premarital sex and the doctor herself says they promote abstinence. I am so impressed with Stallant! They are so friendly, caring, and helpful. I don't know how they found so many wonderful people and put them all in one building! I absolutely LOVE my Dr, Samantha Abbade. She listens, she offers solutions, not just throwing some pills at me and kicking me out the door, like some Dr's do. She remembers me! That's huge to me. I had a Dr at Kaiser for 10 years that I saw a few times a year and every time, he introduced himself like it was our first time meeting! I also found an AMAZING counselor, James Thomas. He is the best! I knew the first time I had an appt with him, he was a perfect fit for me. Even the receptionists, on both the dental and the medical side, they're so friendly, and always greet me with a smile! Some of them even remember me by name! They have so many Dr's there, and if they need to refer you somewhere, their referral coordinators are amazing! They get the referral out, and call you or text you with all the info. I just had my first dental appointment (which is in the same building!) last week, and I couldn't believe they are just as nice there too! I am going back next week for treatment, and I'm actually looking forward to my dental appointment because the people there, the care they give, is just exceptional, both the medical and the dental side. I drive 25-30 mins to get there, they are in Weimar, but it's so worth it. If they moved this office 2 hours away, I would still go! I did not have a primary care doctor and needed medical care in real time. Paid high co-pay due to urgent care rates and did not receive adequate medical care. The doctor would not listen to my 'present' concerns and referred me to a primary care doctor which will take me months to see. So I paid high co-pays to get my 'normal' vitals taken and was left out in the cold. Explained to the doctor why I needed immediate care and he didn't listen or care! This institution has been ultimately so detrimental to my wife's health. Especially in regards to dentistry. The scheduling and dispensation of services as well as the mannerism of some doctors and office staff. They have used scheduling as a threat and tool to generate promptness of patients by forcing patients who are late or miss an appointment to come in on a walk in only basis. It is very difficult for my wife to continue to receive the services and finish the work they started on her because of the the distance, their location is remote. She has many serious health conditions that require specially consideration. She has difficulty with receiving access and care to begin with. Making it difficult for her to schedule her or receive treatment puts her in considerable pain and danger. She has had to receive treatment in the ER on multiple occasions because she has been repeatedly declined preventative care. They have more than once scheduled her causing her to drive hours to see them and canceled the appointment without notice or reason as well. forcing her to either wait hours in the parking lot or reschedule while in pain. This practice is dangerous. And not being considerate of someone with serious disabling health issues and pain shows that they care more about their practice than the individual. read more

The phone scheduling is terrible ....wait wait wait on hold. The people working the apts are really slow. Need more help at the front desk and answering the phones. The older man at the front desk is not very friendly and just cuts you off when you call. Nobody seemed to know what to do with our insurance (just regular ole insurance). Definitely need more help at the counter. Phone waiting is terrible. AND please don't refer people to terrible specialists. The referral dept needs to be aware that the Dr's they are referring people to have terrible reviews. Please don't throw people into the front desk to "TRAIN" and then leave them hanging out to dry. read more

Update: Monday 8/31/2020. This weekend was the worst pain I ever experienced thanks to Stallant and could have been avoided three weeks ago when I went into their dental complaining about a toothache. Again on the second visit last week, when I said the tooth still hurts. I called in the 24hour nurse line through my insurance and based on m description she said I had a MEDICAL Emergency. Every place was closed on Saturday and Sunday and I was in extreme pain that seemed to worsen every hour. The over the phone emergency nurse tried to find a place that was opened near me and could not, I should have gone to ER, but I chanced it. Today I spend the entire morning crying from pain. Who knew someone could even cry for 5 hours straight? Giving birth to my son was less painful. I called my old dentist in Sacramento first thing as they opened and they took me in immediately. As soon as they looked at my X-ray the dentist immediately said, you have a very bad infection and pointed. Hmm the same dark color under the tooth on the X-ray was seen on Stallant Health X-rays and they said that was healthy. For 3 painful weeks I have suffered because they ignored my plea, and keep reassuring me it was some sensitivity. My old/new dentist sent home with some HEAVY antibiotics and very strong pain killers. While I sat in riteaid for the prescription to be filled I was crying so hard from the pain, that the customers were trying to cheer me up! My dentist can't even work on me until we get the infection down, and painkillers don't work until the infection in the nerve is dealt with. They started me on antibiotics "this morning" so that they can prepare me to go into Emergency Dental in the evening. This office doesn't care about people, they only care about billing your insurance. If you think they are doing a good job it's probably because they aren't doing anything or maybe they telling you you have cavities when you don't. Or have you heard the we have to re-do some things? They don't need to redo things, they just want to get money! How dare you hide behind the face of God. I can't wait till you face him. read more

Stallant Health has been a huge answer to prayers. Medi-Cal is horrible and sends you to awful places with horrible service and long wait times. I'm so lucky my mom saw their billboard by chance! In one month I've had 2 doctors appointments and 2 dental visits. They get me in quickly and address my concerns. I'm typically in and out of the office in an hour at the most. There's almost NO wait time. If your appointment is at 3 then they call you back at 3. Just had a wisdom tooth pulled yesterday at 4pm and I figured I'd be in far too much pain today to go to school. I was so surprised this morning when I woke up feeling GREAT with little to no pain and able to go to classes. The dentist they gave me is amazing and so quick! When I said I could still feel a little pain he immediately made sure to numb me more to make me comfortable. Can't wait to get all my dental needs finished here! read more

I had to get a COVID test, and when I came in, everyone was very helpful and kind. My primary provider, Dr. Steffens, is very efficient and always makes it clear that he cares during every visit. One of the medical assistants, Sara, performed the test, and she did it very professionally. I got my results back very quickly (in about 15 minutes) and they documented everything and had it all uploaded to my online patient portal within about the same amount of time. read more

I had an in office appointment with Dr Kuninobu who is my primary care provider for many years. Today as many times he did an excellent job try to figure out what's wrong with me according to my symptoms and test results. Referred me to specialists and follow up test and full explanation of my test results and the reasons for the referrals.. I'm also very impressed with David Arbina medical assistant who led me in the room and after taking my BP offered me drink I don't know how he knew I was thirsty and bought me bottled water. So impressed with Gabriella Catarino medical assistant very professional who performed a lung test for me. She explained the test very well and this test although not painful but uncomfortable but she made it quiet easy on me and the whole experience was pretty good. Also at the front desk I didn't get the name sorry for that but she was very helpful and considerate to make appointment. A wonderful medical group here in Weimar. They are providing much needed services in the rural areas. My family and I have been seen by the doctors here since they first opened a couple years ago. I love the way they emphasis lifestyle over medication and are always teaching something interesting about health. They hold seminars in the evening on topics like cooking and stop smoking. I also really like how they are constantly growing and improving their facility. It's amazing how the clinic looks different almost every time I visit. When I was seen a couple years ago it was just family care. Now they have chiropractic, dental, Xray, laboratory, specialists, and the list keeps growing! This is a contuation review of my experience, or should I say punishment with this health care provider. I went back for a follow up appointment, I'm taking Suboxone for over perscriping pain medication. No street use at all just Dr perscribed medication. I went in and was treated nicely, no problems. The problem happened when I told my Dr that I consumed a marijuana edible. Yes completely my fault, I don't smoke or drink and not sure what impulsed me to consume the edible but I did. Now for being honest I was punished by having one week of my treatment medication taken away. I don't take a big amount, 1 milagram every 24hrs and that's due to me tappering myself. It's very important to stay to a strick scheduled since I'm at the end of this treatment. Taking away a week's worth of medication like I'm some little child is in my opinion terrible. You could throw certian people right back into using pain medication again. I'm not and will not go down that road. You expect a certain amount of care and this could have really derailed my treatment. Now I have had to end my treatment cold turkey and go through withdrawal that I could have done from the beginning. At his point I'm seeking legal advice for this situation. I really don't think it was fair or professional to punish me by taking away a week's worth of medication. Playing God seems to be a normal thing at this Drs office I'm I'm done going through it and them playing with my health. The attorney's that I spoke with have real concerns about this situation. And putting me through withdrawal because of a impulse is redicoulus. Hopefully something will come of this situation and will stop someone from having to deal with this again. read more

3rd update. I hand delivered a package of info to the front desk to get to Robert Steffens months ago. A tall brunette young man took it from me and said oh he's in his office I'll take it to him now. So I assumed that happened. Heard nothing for too long so sent a text asking where my reimbursement was for all the bandages, ointnents, creams, etc I had to use to get this nasty deep wound to heal. Day and night. Being an RN i was able to keep it from getting infected but the powder that was put on it by the pa was an antiquated thing that isn't used anymore cause it actually hinders healing. Steffens told me he had not received it. Really? I hand delivered it! And the package I had delivered had photos of wound thru the many months , I fo about how that powder shouldn't have been used etc. lots of into. So now again today, I sent an email asking for reimbursement for monies I spent and needed to keep it clean etc and reimbursement for what their consciences think is fair for my pain, suffering, worry, sleepless nights and a divot in my leg that looks and feels like brown leather the size of a quarter that will b there forever. I haven't seen any reviews about any kind of pediatric appointment so hopefully this helps someone. We went in for the first time today and I was not impressed by the waiting area as it was small and was difficult social distance. The wait felt very long especially with a 1 year old who's go go go all the time. Once we got into the room no cabinets were child proofed and the access to the biohazard can was too easy for my son so I had to work with him on that. However once we were seen by Dr Madeline Tiffany she was very very helpful and I really appreciated the way she asked questions and let me ask questions. She talked to me like a normal person not like a doctor so it was easy to understand what she was saying and she showed me she really cared about helping my son which I have not seen in the many pediatricians we've seen.
