    They have a nice selection of autos to choose from. The employees are very helpful. I would recommend them to all my family.

He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

Leadership is hot trash!!! 09/15 - I…read morecalled the dealership on Monday... talked and texted the service writer Iyanna... about the vehicle and the at the check engine light was on again... we decided to bring the car to the dealership so I brought the car and parked it Tuesday night outside the service entrance ... I came back Wednesday morning and brought the key... I went on to work ... called back and talked with Iyanna and she heard our heartburn about the car cutting of suddenly and check engine light being on again. I asked to speak to the Service manager ... a man picked up, I confirmed that he a was indeed the service manager Ron Toellen... I proceeded to give him our heartburn...Ron tells me about a March recommendations and what we didn't get fixed.... Our conversation became elevated and a little combative... because I asked questions and he gave answers...we agreed to disagree on many... I asked for him to tow the car on Kia.. he said No... I talked about rentals... He said no... and basically told me he was with a customer and dismissed me...he said, 'I can't do nothing for ya unless the vehicle is here.... At this point, I request to speak with the GM Mario King...Ron assured me that I would not be speaking to Mr. King. I was, least to say, astonished that the Service manager would not at least allow me to speak to the person he reports to. So I went directly to Riverchase kia website and submitted a 'speak to the GM' chat request. I put my concern in the chat and the responder assured me that my communications will be passed along. 09/16 - On Tuesday... we change of plans ... I had my wife pick me up from the dealership... while waiting in my vehicle for wife to arrive , I decided to go inside and to speak with the GM ... the receptionist informed me that he was not in.. she ended up taking my name and number.... And asked me the why... I provide the information that she requested and I told her I wanted to talk about my disappointment with the way repairs have been... I sent Iyanna a text requestion that they complete the diagnostics... 09/17/- No communication as diagnostics was being completed. 09/18 - Wife gets a call Thursday... she couldn't answer ...there was a voicemail left by Ron or Iyanna for wife to call back. 09/19 - Friday, wife calls back and speaks to Ron, he took the opportunity to scold her about her driving the number of miles on the car and tells her again that we didn't do the recommendations in March.. tells her that we need to pay an additional $700 for diagnostics ONLY... to remove the manifold and tell us if it is mechanical or electrical... or I'll charge you a $50 day storage fee... 09/20 - Saturday ... I was hoping Ron wasn't working ... we came to get there car... I think Iyanna felt my energy after seeing Ron... who talked crazy to me and my wife this week... I asked the parts guy how to file a formal complaints... he responded as best he could...I said some things to the young man that shouldn't because it wasn't his issue and apologized because it wasn't this part guy's efforts that I was upset... I decided to exit the building... and help my wife transfer items... thankfully she pull away... however, I then decided I wanted to file a formal complaint ... I went back apologized To the parts guy again... I approached Iyanna again.. I asked for a formal way to make sure that this is documented. She provided me the Kia customer service number. At this point I wanted to file a formal complaint and have it documented. While I was discussing Ron's performance to Iyanna, Ron inserts himself into the conversation by introducing himself. I responded by telling him, that he is getting what he wants today, and that he will be losing a customer today. He and I got into an elevated tone conversation, while he was assisting someone in their car. I said what I needed and wanted to say to Ron. Ron attempted to kick me of the premises and to call the police. I implored him to call Birmingham or Pelham .... As I would wait for them to arrive. Ron told me I should be embarrassed to which I responded that I not embarrassed and will not allow another man to be disrespectful or dismissive to my wife.

    Honestly, I love CarMax. This is our 3rd time buying a car from CarMax. Second time from this…read morelocation. We came here pretty late in the evening on a Saturday night. We knew what we were looking for and the sales person pointed us in the direction of the cars we wanted to look at. We went down the row looking at the different cars. Once you find one you like, you can scan the QR code to see if it is available. I liked that the cars were open so we could get in and see what the interior was like without having to bother anyone. We found one we liked and went and told someone inside. They then brought the car around and told us to take it for a test drive after getting some basic info from us. After the test drive, we went back inside and bought the car. No pressure, no haggling. I looked up same make, model, mileage, and year online and CarMax price was better than the others I saw for sale. We were in and out in under two hours. Fastest car purchase I ever made. My son will be looking to buy a car soon and I am definitely going to make him go to a CarMax near him. They really do have the best selection of cars and you can have a lot of cars shipped to your nearest location if you see one you like better at another CarMax. If it isn't super far away, it will ship for free. But if it's far the shipping fee isn't that bad if you really think it is the car you want. We have had cars shipped twice now and have bought both of them.

But instead of getting back to me after I had test-driven a car that I had paid to have shipped from another CarMax and that I had said was quite a nice car, he told me that 'it had been very busy', offering that as an excuse as to why the car that should have been on hold for me was now promised to another customer. He then said he would 'sell me the car, if I would buy it today', thus leaving the customer to whom the car was currently promised, without a car or an explanation, I suspect. Very disappointing.
