The service is quick, short and sweet. I made an appointment to get help with my resume and look for job postings in their system. They will have you sign up for workintexas website and look for job openings in it. Don't hesitate if you need help, ask if you're unsure or don't understand something. It takes a bit of practice to navigate in their website. The specialist was quick to walk away and talk with the other employees. He would check on us from time to time but he was in no hurry to help us. Do not be shy to ask for help! It was an overall good experience! Although, I wish they had chairs in the cubicles. I was standing for roughly an hour and a half. The specialist looked like he was also used to standing and walking around.

I emailed Venessa and left her a detailed message, after a couple of days of not hearing from her, I called but still no return call or no reply to the email that I sent. After receiving another email job alert I tried reaching out still my calls went unanswered. As a former recruiter, I always returned calls and emails to candidates. This is not a staffing agency I would want to work for it shows unprofessionalism and lacks customer service. For that reason, I would not recommend anyone to A1 Personnel in Stafford, TX.
