The staff was rude, unprofessional, and incompetent--they were swearing and speaking disrespectfully to customers, treating them as if they were garbage. Additionally, when our driver arrived to pick up the vehicles, they could not locate the person holding the car keys, causing unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, they charged excessive storage fees without justification. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Department of Justice and other relevant authorities to address this overpricing and misconduct. This kind of scam-like behavior should not be allowed to continue!

The factory rims had corroded ( thanks WV for the amount of salt you use in the winter BTW) to the point that I was constantly having tires go low or flat whenever the temperature got cold. The folks at Vigilante helped find me a excellent Motor Metal rims and Toyo tires for my Tundra. Since the closest rims of the right dimensions were in Tennessee, it wasn't until late Friday before they came in. The owner offered to put everything together on a Saturday, knowing I had to be at work the beginning of the following week. Great customer service and they make the customer feel like family.

I was traveling through Fayetteville on my way from Florida to Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, my brakes failed and I crashed into another vehicle. Fortunately the truck was still drivable but obviously needed the brakes repaired. The truck had to be towed. Before I even got to the shop, they had called River Expeditions (Amazing White water rafting place across the street) and had arranged for me to go up there and kill the day because I had my puppy with me. Josh (amazing and knowledgeable owner) and his amazing tech custom made new brake lines to replace the rusted ones, that basically exploded. Mind you, I had over $1000 in brake work done in Florida to make sure my vehicle was "safe" for the 1400 mile trek. These folks treated me like family and it was very refreshing. Josh's mother was running the office due to an illness with the usual office woman. She was amazing too! She takes a lot of "notes" to make sure nothing is forgotten. I have never had a car repair experience like this. I am being 100 when I say that. I can never thanks these folks enough. They had me safely back on the road in about 4 hours. They really look out for "travelers". Sooo friendly and proud of their business. I love it! So refreshing to know there are still amazing people in this world. Please please please do not look anywhere else. You can't go wrong with these awesome folks. This experience was what I call a "God Shot".
