My problem is with samsclub.com. I keep having to cancel my orders because the shipping company Sam's Club uses in my area Estes Forwarding Worldwide is the worse delivery service in America. If you do not believe me please check the reviews for Estes Forwarding Worldwide. Sam's Club bears responsibility for using them time and time again to save money. After being a week behind the tracking order just disappears and nobody at Sam's Club or Estes Forwarding Worldwide can tell me why. I was sure that this was just an isolated incident so I tried again and the same thing happened today. Stay away from ordering any large items online. read more

Very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly. Came to get a few things, and was in and out in a timely fashion

Sam's Club gas pumps... Is it worth the wait? Not today! All lines were packed except for the one pump that had an out of order sign and another lane that had vehicles pulling in the wrong direction. So frustrating. I couldn't wait so had to go elsewhere. read more

Sams Club is ok.. In itsself... What sucks is those gas pumps they have! Had to use them last night.. Now I know why they stay empty and nobody uses them. I got 5 in gas till I could get out today.. The greeter with a bright red hair around 300lbs and 65years old was very rude and needs to learn how to greet people. The cashier when checking out was talking about 300 dollar christmas bonuses very loudly rubbing it into customers in line. She was 5ft 4in 25ish 125lbs black and Hispanic looking with caterpillar eyebrows. She said hi in a very abrasive way and was rude in her tone. Also a gimpy man he looks to of had a stroke was very rude slamming my items on the belt hard I mean so hard it dented them. I stayed quiet and just enjoyed the show of anger because you can not hurt a box of chips, but he was obviously going out of his way to be rude. I am giving them 2 stars only because of the food quality and prices that keep me coming back for the constant rudeness and abuse of people with their noses high in the air like they are doctors and drive Porsche. When in reality they make half what I do and judge me like I am a bum because I wear sweats to an overrated walmart. read more

And my medication called in for two days you think they would tell me that they were out of stock I came from Princeton West Virginia to Bluefield Virginia to pick up my medication and sorry we don't have it will call Walmart in Princeton to see if they have it in stock I said just transfer it up there I should have been up there in the first place read more
