i went to purchase large format tiles for my bathroom shower and when checking out was asked if i…read morewanted them shipped to my house and i said yes. i was then charged 100 for delivery. this was my first time here btw. when i left i figured we were all set but then i get a call from the sales guy asking if i wanted them delivered to my home and if so he was going to have to get a quote from a carrier. i told him he charged me 100 already for delivery. i was then informed that was a delivery charge to get it from their warehouse states away to their store and that to deliver to my home which is only 2 hrs from the store it would be another 450 dollars and on top of that i would need to unload them myself from the delivery truck. if i had known ahead of time i would not have done business with them. i wrote their corp office and got no response so they just lost business because i have 4 other large projects to be done. Never do business with them again. Trash company.

The store is very large and from what I can tell set up in different departments. It is nice to get someone to tag along with you to lead you around to where you should be looking. Everything was communicated through text: I purchased the tile and set a start date, he was 3 hours late, wasn't answering texts or phone calls, and when he finally was on his was he called to see if I had gotten the materials, I said yes I got the tiles, and he was under the assumption I was getting the other materials he needed even though it was never discussed and he never told me what materials he needed. He's supposed to be the professional, how am I supposed to know what other stuff he needs unless he tells me? I terminated his service, no contract was signed to start off with, and he refuses to refund me the $750 I paid upfront. He won't answer calls or texts about it, forcing me to file a small claims case for my money. Do not do business with him!
