The daily energy cleanses are the reason I chose her over other spiritual mentors that were at the same convention. I suffered the loss of my cat, which for me was like losing a child, well, she was supposed to be doing energetic cleanses. When I crawled out from under my grief 10 days later, I had realized that she hadn't reached out like she said she would if she felt something strange with my energy. Obviously the loss of one of my cats that I treat like my child was devastating. After I realized that she hadn't been doing energy cleanses on me since she hadn't reached out related to my state of grief I decided I wanted to split ways with our partnership. For our eighth session, she had to reschedule due to health issues, which wasn't a problem. I told her when she was feeling better to reach out because I wanted to tell her something. That's when I typed up the fact that the rest of the eight sessions I was not wanting to proceed with and I was wanting the refund of $2738 for the remaining eight sessions. Obviously energetically we weren't connected anymore, and that was something that I was drawn to her and specifically went with her because of. When I pointed this out, she had made a lot of excuses that she financially could not do that kind of refund at this time, and that I needed to read her disclaimer. But if she is not providing the services that she is advertising and saying that she's doing such as " daily energy cleanses, and she would reach out if something was felt off." since those weren't happening, I didn't want to work with her anymore. She came back and said that she would refund half of my money and do it in monthly installments of $100 a month for 14 months but that's all that she would do. I did state that I would be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau and that if I did not receive a refund for the eight sessions that I was not going to be using with her that I would be seeking help from our legal system. I did inform her that if I went that route, I would be going for the full refund of $4000 along with damages. She stated in a text message that she would see me in court, and she was blocking my number. Please do more research than I did. I initially resonated with Ashley greatly but going through such a loss that crippled me for 10 days and yet her energetic cleanses did not pick up on doesn't resonate with me. So please buyer beware she owes me $2738, for services I wonder now if I wasn't even scammed.
