I reached out to both, but Chris stood out with his quick reply and great customer service. After a few questions about the car and sending a couple of pictures I received a quote and confirmed an appointment via text. Keep in mind I did all this for my mom in Louisville while I was in Atlanta. Chris was on time, very professional, and personable. It was pretty cold the morning of the detail.
