The business is very cute, great parking, chairs so that you dont have to stand if you need to wait, they even have a great complimentary coffee bar. Paul and Sheri were both wonderful. Their communication was also unprofessional - they never introduced themselves, used phrases like "I got you covered, brother", and tried to steer me away from the actual issue. A branch manager then got involved and said the change was possible but would require approval from another department. I was told they submitted the request and would follow up within 24-48 hours. No one ever followed up. In the end, I resolved everything through AAA's online chat in a matter of minutes, with no approvals needed - exactly as it had been done previously. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this branch. The staff came across as unprofessional and ineffective.
