I met her after starting to come to this UPS for printing and shipping and returning items services. Patricia is incredibly helpful, kind and takes her care with every customer including me and the other customers I've seen her assist. Wow, amazing customer service! My Zappos returns had two boxes but Zappos only sent one label/tracking ID. The gentleman at the counter (I didn't catch his name) explained what I needed to do. I was able to call Zappos's right there. Zappos emailed me two new QR code and he was able to scan it and print two separate labels with different ID numbers. He was so nice and saved me so much time and effort. If I could give six stars I would. My husband has had similar experiences at this location. read more

Glenda is super duper nice. Her customer service is spot on. While I was reading terminal and agreeing to the terms. She tried to help next customer till I was ready. She gave me all my shipping options and I chose to do first Class Postal. Yes it was a little more expensive than if going to the regular post office but I only did it for convenience and it was worth my money to stay where I was at and to go all the way to the post office and still waiting in line and then do the process going through post office. Currently those services are done by appointment only. Also love the customer service I have gotten from Glenda and the other associates there. I've used notary services for my multiple businesses at many locations and have never encountered an experience like today. The one employee that helped me was incredibly rude. My husband's second language is English, and we were hoping to get something notarized. The employee took all our information including IDs and had us sign a waiver. She proceeded to ask my husband what the document was about. My husband did not understand, and I simply rephrased her exact question to my husband so he would understand. She outright said "I can't help you. You have to find a place where they speak his language" this is not only professional but discriminatory. Instead of being helpful, she made this process unnecessarily difficult! We went to the UPS store in downtown and we had everything signed on the spot and no they did not speak my husband language! I will never use their services again and strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere. read more
