I went on Monday to get it done and did my bloodwork the same day with quest diagnostics. I had my results in my quest diagnostics portal by Wednesday that same week. So why is it that it's already Tuesday the following week and they still hadn't called me to pick up my stuff. So I had called on Friday (the week I did the exam) to follow up and said can I send them from my portal directly to you and they said no they had to receive the results directly from quest. So I had to call quest and tell them to send the results to them and even quest said that it is not my responsibility to be doing so and that del valle clinic should've been the one to call to do it on my behalf. I should not have had to be the middle man in this process ESPECIALLY with how much I paid. Every. Single. Day. Counts. When we are under the current presidency of Trump so it's so crucial that things are pushed through in a timely manner because laws change from one day to the next and I should not have had to wait on a medical exam for this long given the current times. I wanted to be able to submit my stuff and move along but because they had no urgency, it's delayed at no fault of my own.

Which should be concerning to all civilians who come in and get treated at this so called " better quality facility" . They took xray the dr. told me he didn't see anything in his Xray. Well we received his results online from memorial and it stated Hazy bilateral pulmonary reticular interstitial opacities, which are nonspecific but may be seen with interstitial pneumonia in the appropriate clinical setting. On his discharge paperwork they diagnosed him with acute bronchitis only because I told them he's had bronchitis several times this year. So basically it was a waste of time going there . If doctors don't have any answers then who do we go to for answers? I guess we are all better off researching ourselves on Google. All these so called "superior " hospitals are supposed to give better patient care than the other hospitals but apparently they are all the same except you pay more out of pocket for this type of healthcare.

However As I signed in and proceeded to wait an Un-Godly amount of time I hear the receptionist on the phone calling my employeer to verify with them that I was there for a TB Test. NOWHERE on my paperwork did I indicate that this test was for work. They took it upon themselves to look me up in their computer track down my employeer information and call my employer! This test had nothing to do with my employeer and was not paid for by my employer. Without my authorization they called and gave out my personal medical information. Each time you visit the wait is at least an hour. If you are in a hurry make sure to pick a different office. I will be reporting them for a HIPPA violation and will not ever step foot in this office again!

So today I went to the chiropractic and got the results from my x-ray of my ribs it turned out that the dr. From this clinic sent me back to work after 4 weeks from my accident with 2 fractured ribs. This dr. Is the most negligent dr. I've been seeing by. I just hope the there's an attorney that can help get this guy what he deserves. He shouldn't even be a dr.
